Hotel HSM Atlantic Park Hotel

The hotel is in a perfect location to shops, amenities and beach. In a quieter area but still close enough to magaluf strip if you want it. It is very clean and well maintained hotel. All staff super polite. We were on breakfast only which was lovely

Amazing hotel for any type of holiday. Food choice was great. Not too many options but this ment the quality was better. Rooms were well equipped only thing missing was a kettle. Times of the bar opening were different each day. Sometimes couldn’t get drink of water from the bar until at least 11am. And not allowed to drink drinks from restaurant. Snack bar was perfect and made fresh to order. Swimming pool didn’t open until 10/11am and closed at 6pm. Understand for cleaning. But not idea when it’s hot This might be different at peak season. Would recommend staying and would stay here again if back in the area

No lo recomiendo para gente que viaja sola, como fue en mi caso. El personal es poco amable, salvo a la persona que me hizo el check in y Yolanda del bar a quién destaco por sobre todos. Mi habitación tenía pelos del huesped anterior. Un día me demoré un poco más en terminar mi almuerzo y quedé encerrada en el restaurante, todos se molestaron mucho, fueron menos de 7 minutos. Los huéspedes son escandalosos, la gente de la barra me pasó bebidas (no alcohólicas) de mala gana por atender con mala actitud a los ebrios. Me tocaron vasos con olor a cerveza donde me daban bebida. El último día tenía letrero de no molestar, tocaron mi puerta, avisé que estaba adentro, saliendo de la ducha y entró alguien igual (09:50a.m) no era horario de check out aún. Me vio en paños menores obviamente. Nunca recibí la orden correcta del snack bar. No es 4*. Yolanda es un amor, siempre tiene buena disposición y una sonrisa, lo que corresponde para trabajar en hospitalidad.

Du personnels dévoués et très agréable

Majoituimme kaksi viikkoa kyseisessä hotellissa. Ruoka oli oikein hyvää ja monipuolista, huone siivottiin joka päivä ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ainoat pienet miinukset hotellissa olivat uima-altaan kylmä vesi ja äänekkäät brittinuoret, jotka melusivat käytävillä yöllä. Mutta kokonaisuudessaan kokemuksemme oli hyvä, ja voisimme tulla uudestaan kyseiseen hotelliin.

Stort og fint rom, solrik balkong, ok seng, godt renhold og nydelig mat. Stor buffet med både varme og kalde retter både til frokost, lunsj og middag. Flott bassengområde med rikelig med solsenger. Holdeplass for både flybuss og buss som gikk til Palma rett utenfor hotellet. Atlantic Park Hotel fortjener virkelig sine 4 stjerner.

Vi kom som hotellet på vende for sæsonen, så ikke alt var helt klart endnu kunne man se. Men da vi kom, opgraderede de os af sig selv til all-inclusive af den årsag, så det var de godt klar over. Super god service! Køkkenet skulle også lige op i omdrejninger, men efter et par dage var det helt i gang, og buffetens udvalg var stort og varieret, så man altid kunne finde noget man kunne lide. Et stort minus ved hotellet er LARM. Værelserne er MEGET lidt lydisolerede. Du kan følge fulde samtaler fra naboværelser, (høre folk lang væk fra også) og høre folk over og under dit værelse, og folk der går på gangene. Så vi havde mange dårlige nætter og måtte købe ørepropper som kunne tage det værste. Det har jeg aldrig oplevet før noget sted. Aftenens underholdning er også meget larmende, og det er ikke muligt at føre en samtale i fællesområdet når den er i gang. Jeg tænker de bare burde skrue meget ned for deres højttalere fra scenen eller indstille det bedre. Samlet set får man god værdi for sine penge, og alt er pænt, og personalet virkelig søde. Men når man bor der i 10 dage og ikke får sin søvn pga larm, så trækker det virkelig meget ned.

Siamo appena tornati in Italia dalla nostra bellissima vacanza a Maiorca. Hotel è curato, bello ,i servizi sono buoni . Prima di partire ho letto recensioni e alcuni erano negativi ,ero un pò preoccupata ,ma quando sono arrivata in struttura acolienza era perfetta, camera al primo piano vista piscina era bella e curata , il ristorante era a buffè e non si usciva mai col stomaco vuoto , cucina buona e per varie gusti. tutto personale in struttura gentile e cortese.grazie a tutti ❤️ci ritornerei.

I stayed at this hotel in Mallorca with a friend, and while there were certainly some positives, a few negative aspects left us very disappointed. The good: The hotel has a great location — close to everything you need, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The food was genuinely good, with a wide variety of options, and the dishes were well-prepared. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and in general, the hotel was clean and fresh. The not-so-good: There were no pool towels provided, which was inconvenient. Our room had a faint smell of urine, possibly due to the detergent used — a change in laundry products might help. Unfortunately, some of the girls working at the pool bar were quite rude, which impacted the overall experience. One particularly unpleasant moment was during breakfast — service was officially available until 10:30, but at 10:31, the lights were turned off abruptly, leaving guests to eat in the dark. It gave a strong feeling of being unwelcome or in the way. The unacceptable: The entertainment included the use of live animals, which we found extremely disturbing. This is not only unnecessary but deeply unethical. Animal cruelty has no place in tourism or hospitality, and for this reason alone, we would never choose to stay at this hotel again. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously, especially regarding the treatment of animals. With some changes, this could be a great hotel — but until then, we cannot recommend it.

Meget støj, knirkende senge og kedelig mad.

Utrolig flinke unge damer som inkluderer barn i lek og moro hver dag. De som ellers jobber på hotellet var ikke så bra. Dårlig engelsk, og virket litt «fed up».

Great location within walking distance of the beach and the main strip, but far enough to not be disturbed by noise. We went to totally chill for a week and mostly stayed on resort apart from a trip to Palma on the local bus which stops just round the corner. Room 419 had a great view of the pool and had a decent bathroom and balcony. As others have mentioned, the bed was hard but I found it very comfortable and never woke with a sore back as with other softer beds. Air conditioning never let us down- very important as it was baking hot. The food was very good - always a great selection at every meal time and staff were constantly clearing tables and topping up the buffet. Evening entertainment was basic but still enjoyable - mostly the team of 4 doing dance routines to backing tracks. There was a magician one night and balance/acrobatics another. Other reviews had mentioned no atmosphere round the pool, but the DJ played music every day and the girls arranged pool aqua fit, water polo and rifle shooting activities. The pool bar staff were great and we must single out Raquel who was just amazing. She worked long days and always had a smile on her face and was so friendly and funny, and often helped out in the restaurant too. We had forgotten that early July would be when lots of teenagers would have finished A level type exams, so there were loads of groups of 17+ youngsters alongside quite a few families. Occasionally they were quite loud, but no bother really.

Great location

Les chambres sont propres, le ménage fait tous les jours (dommage que les femmes de ménage vous le demandent très tôt). Les lits grincent très forts malgré leur confort. Sinon le séjour a été perfait au delà de nos attentes.

Kellemes hotel, közel a part, buszmegálló, parkoló. Bőséges reggeli és vacsora kínálat, folyamatos pótlás. A medence víze elég hideg. Recseg az ágy, de kényelmes. Szép medence és park.
