Fantastic stay at the Lava Beach hotel. The 5 star rating is truly justified. Rooms were large and well finished, robes and slipper included. Spa facility for massage was great and worth the extra money. Restaurants in 200m either direction if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Breakfast was great and the Cava was a nice touch. Drinks and bar snacks were all responsibly priced and the piano bar had live enetertainment everynight which was great for a night cap. Will definitely come back. Distance to Puerto del Carmen centre is around a 30 minute walk, €4.5 in a taxi. Great to break the day up.

Clean everywhere, staff friendly and great location,

We were upgraded from garden room to Junior pool view room. It was very spacious and spotless clean.

From the moment we arrived, to our departure, the entire stay was fantastic. Friendly staff throughout. A variety of food selection for breakfast and evening meals, always plenty to eat. The room, and in fact throughout the entire premises it was tidy and clean. Enjoyed the massage treatments, on a couple occassions. And we also enjoyed the little putting green one evening. The beach and promenade are at the bottom of the hotel, so a small walk. Overall we had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing hotel, however the first room given would not be classed as 5 star due to the view over unsightly gravel ground . Second room was lovely however.

Super clean modern hotel. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent location, in a quieter area but still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely.

Fairly small hotel by Lanzrote standards (number of guests, think it's around 150) it is immaculate...Front of house is faultless. Good facilities, spotlessly clean and the maid service fantastic.

The property itself is amazing. Great staff. The entrance to the back of the property to get to the beach is great as well. The properties around the front of the building are trash dumps with graffiti every where. I know the hotel is not affiliated with that but it is a 5 star hotel with landfill in front of it. Again, the hotel itself is amazing so please don’t be deterred by the other properties around it.

clean quiet spacious friendly

The hotel is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. All areas of the hotel are spotless and perfectly managed. The size is f the hotel is perfect- not too big to feel crowded. The green areas are spectacular. There are endless sandy beaches with crystal clear waters in front of the hotel. The street between the hotel and beach is pedestrian only. I travel with a service dog. Cooper was warmly welcomed by everyone. We had a lovely vacation.

lava beach is an excellent resort. We throughly enjoyed our stay there last week. Thanks to Daniel and Christina for the very warm welcome, and to Laura for making sure everything was ok! The resort is clean, with beautifully manicured gardens. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent; including the vegetarian options. The hotel is very near the beach, we walked there and hired a sun lounger for the day-the water is pristine! Overall, a fantastic stay- one small grumble- our AC was rather slow and sluggish.

Magnifique hôtel

The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. Well done!

A new, fresh, beautiful hotel, very well positioned in front of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Great pool area, and a very clean place to stay altogether. A few things though: I am French and so are my parents who joined me and stayed at the hotel. I speak English and Spanish, but my parents don't and we would have appreciated menus and general info provided in French as well as other languages. We had dinner at the Aroma restaurant, and I don't recommend it. We could only order the tasting menu, which consisted in a lot of small dishes. No problem with that, but there was too much time waiting between each course, and also, a small portion of food should be mind-blowing, but sadly, it wasn't. It was a lot of money for the quality of food provided. The waiter was lovely tough. Last thing: The live music in the evenings was great. Good acts. However, once the live shows were over, we would have appreciated a more "chilled" type of music played in the background afterwards. Not pop and rock hits blasting, but something more smooth and sophisticated to finish our drinks and evening in style. Nothing is perfect, but it can always improve. All in all, a very good place to stay, and an enjoyable week at Lava Beach.
