Hotel San Fermín by Dorobe

Hotel itself is great with a fantastic location however the noise in the night made by other guests was unacceptable. People coming in drunk, being loud and slamming doors, every night of my stay and as my room was at the lift I had every single person on the floor walking past at some point.

Really nice hotel with all the amenities you would want and a nice location, only 5-10 min walk to the beach.

Et stort hotell med god utendørsplass, men var ikke fullt når jeg var der. En god frokost. Kunne vært bedre vedlikeholdt. Fin avstand til turistområdet ved marinaen og til lokale byområder.

Highlight was definitely the wonderful staff, they were so friendly. Special mention to Laura and Lola in the restaurant, always smiling and happy to help. The food was great and a big selection catering for traditional uk and local/international options. The pool area was great too, lots of room but no changing room strangely? Positives far outweigh the few minor negatives. Yes it is noisy; you can hear every chair scraping on a distant balcony and the doors slam-is this down to the hotel or guests though? Positive list- comfy bed, great shower, wifi worked well, bar prices reasonable, close to everything (despite the hill!) Would definitely go back.

Had an excellent stay. Rooms although on the smaller side had large comfy beds with duvets. Air-conditioning is outstanding you can get the room to a fridge. Staff in all areas were lovely, really friendly. Food was excellent every night great variety and well presented and prepared. Gym coild really do with a multi gym and some more weights. Overall i would 100% return. Loved this hotel.

Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Down the hill to the beach and up the hill to the shops, bars, restaurants and train station. Room was very spacious and clean and the ensuite a decent size with excellent shower. The gardens and pools are lovely and the pool bar is very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Restaurant is nice 10 euros for all you can eat breakfast well worth it

Lugnt läge en kortare promenad från havet. Ligger lite högre, så en backe upp från stranden. Bra frukost. Upplevde dock lite brister i städningen av rummet.

Väldigt mysigt hotell. Lite lyhört, men med öronproppar så var det inga problem med det. Väldigt fint poolområde. Toppen med em o kvällssol på balkongen, nu när det varit lite kyligt (slutet på mars) ute på em o kvällar. På sommaren kan jag tänka mig att det blir lite för varmt, men nu var det toppen. Trivts väldigt bra.

Visited many times and will continue to visit! The hotel is lovely and peaceful, pool area lovely and the staff are amazing! Was Especially great to Antonio in the pool bar again! An absolute credit to the hotel! Can’t wait to go again!!

Nice hotel, good cheap option, woke up by the police banging on a door in the corridor at 630am, but can’t blame the hotel. Stay here a few times a year as the rooms facing the pool get the sun all afternoon so it’s nice to sit on the balcony, prefer block B as seems quieter, but a good staff overall.

Everything worked perfectly and pool sunbeds grounds of hotel were fabulous.

The location of the hotel is up a steep hill but the views were amazing, it is a short drive from the airport which was one of the selling points when choosing a hotel. We had a pool side view and you can see the mountain in the distance aswell as the sea on the other end. Room was very cosy and bright. The air conditioning wasn’t working very well however this was a non issue as we would just keep the balcony door open, although when it got cold we would have to take out the bigger duvet from the cupboard and layer up as the one provided was very thin. Breakfast in the morning was great, there was a large variety of foods such as cereal or continental breakfast, aswell as fruits and fresh juices. We never tried the buffet dinner however it is a different country cuisine everyday which is great as it switches the menu up. The rainfall shower was a great feature although I felt there could have been more storage in the bathroom to keep your toiletries hidden away until use. Overall the hotel was very clean and I would stay here again especially due to its proximity to the nearby Benalmadena beach, the amazing cable car experience (which is a must do!) and the beautiful Paloma Park which is a short walk away and the fact there are various restaurants in close proximity, my favourite being Restaurante Panda which had delicious Asian Food for a great price, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Missing my trip to Benalmadena/Malaga and this hotel was a pleasant stay.
