Lugar impecable. Gran ubicación

Brand new, I believe. Location is fantastic and surprisingly quiet for the Puerto Sol! No real amenities, but I am assuming that will change once more functionality is accomplished. The few staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was big and clean. The bathroom however is all glass and can make for a bit of uncomfortableness at times. The curtain covering the side is slightly transparent.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. It was located right in the center of the plaza. It is steps away from the metro station. The hotel is very modern and very clean. Alexi at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. He allowed us to leave our luggage as we arrived early. There is a lounge on the 4th floor where you can wait (if needed). I would stay there again without hesitation.

I loved the hotel. It has an excellent location,everything is nearby, with many shops, restaurants, and plenty of options. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Madrid.

The staff was so helpful, friendly and informative. The man, Alex, and the lady that checked us in were so welcoming. The rooms were clean and best of all it is in an excellent location. We couldn't believe how wonderful this location was.

Great stay in the heart of Madrid! Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were amazing—especially Alexsis, who made traveling with a toddler so easy. We really appreciated the early check-in and crib already set up. Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación y la limpieza impecable; la habitación contaba con balcones a la Plaza del Sol, lo que la hacía muy agradable.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt, hvilket er lækkert. Værelset var mørkt og indelukket. Der lugtede indelukket på værelset og to gange måtte personalet ind og rense afløb da vandet løb ind i vores soveværelse når vi tog bad. Der var meget meget lydt på værelset og når de tilstødende værelser tændte for deres vand, lød det som om en motor startede op inde på vores badeværelse.

Excelente ubicación, justo en Puerta del Sol. Habitaciones limpias y con lo necesario para pasar la noche. La recepción cierra de noche y realmente son suites, no es hotel como tal. Hay varias habitaciones en reparación y por lo tanto hay empleados trabajando de día.

Mi experiencia en el hotel ha sido excelente, muy lindo, limpio, la habitación muy bien, la atención de recepción muy buena y lo mejor de este hotel es la ubicación.

Excelente atención

Hotel location was incredible thr view from the balcony exceptional, the only complaint was the shower was a little mildewy.

So I was a little skeptical to choose this place because I always read reviews. The location was ideal to the metro and it’s close by to so many other spots like Gran Via,the famous San Ginés Churros. When we arrived and entered the receptionist greeted us and was lovely. She ran to hold the door open as we tried to get our 4 luggage’s inside. She let us check in early too! She held the elevator door open and went with us to the room to ensure we knew how to unlock the electronic keypad. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor. We had a balcony view which was pretty cool and looked down into the street. The room was spacious and the largest room I actually had during my trip. The only downside was at night we were able to hear either the room upstairs or next to us, I couldn’t figure it out. They were a bit loud and we could hear their conversation. And you can hear the pipe system too, so when someone flushes upstairs you can be at the water go down the pipes. But overall the room was clean, hospitality was great, location was good. Downside is if you’re not a heavy sleeper that might be an issue.
