Perfect location! Stylish apartment with hi-end furniture, decorating and attention to the details. Absolutely worth the money.

The room was very clean. The location was excellent. We had a little issue getting in the room but mostly because we were exhausted from our travel. Once you figure out the doors you will be good to go. We stayed in the duplex room. It was tight for 4 people. My 21/23 year old daughters did say the pull out sofa bed was the most comfortable they have ever slept in but once it’s out as a bed the dining area is almost useless. The bathroom is up a very tight hallway. This room for 2 would be amazing. The upstairs sleeping area is comfortable but you have to charge your phone across the room if you want to use the outlet for the lamp. It’s a very busy area. Again amazing location but be prepared for loud late nite and loud mornings. They apparently take out the trash and bottles at around 9am and the late night crowds and street performers feel it’s fine to sing and dance around 11pm. Sometimes later. The shops and restaurants in the area make for a great stroll and the location to the Alcazar and Cathedral are minutes away. The room was very clean and the bathroom shower was probably one of the best showers ever. Hopefully this review will help some people. Overall price was great location was great. Would definitely stay again. Was a fabulous location once you figure out the ways in and out of the area and get past how tight it was in the room.

This was a beautiful property with all the comforts of ac, tea kettle, coffee maker, luxurious towels, and a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor (this provided so much help since the airport lost our main luggage).The room had a regular queen bed and sofa bed. I was impressed by the sofa bed’s size and high quality. The location was central to all the sites in Sevilla. Our host was attentive in his communication and kind. Highly recommend! I would love to return!

The location of this property in the heart of the historic district meant that it was a short walk to the highlights of the city, however, be aware that the apartment is located below a restaurant/bar and across from two others that are open late at night. This could be a positive feature if you enjoy late night dining or drinking but quite loud otherwise. Serenaders would break into song into the night. We rented the two storey (duplex) expecting an elevator as described. The elevator does not go to three of the units including ours. The internet was very sporadic and could not be relied on. Management was responsive to other issues and we were pleased that most were resolved.

On a logé dans le Duplex. Il est assez grand et confortable. La douche est suffisamment grande et agréable aussi. Le gros point fort est vraiment la localisation proche de tout. Chouette petit rooftop aussi et l'accès a été facile. Bref, beaucoup de points positifs. Le seul point faible vient des châssis qui ne sont pas d'assez bonne qualité et donc plutôt bruyant avec les restaurants juste en dessous des fenêtres. Mais globalement on a pu dormir et c'était un chouette séjour.

The location is simply amazing, in one of the best areas of the city. The duplex apartment we stayed in was super clean, spacious enough, well furnished and fitted with everything you need for a long weekend. The only negative points were a very weak Wi-Fi connection (not working at all for two days) and the door access code that was not working when we arrived (problem solved via WhatsApp in about 10 minutes). All in all, I would recommend it!

Great atmospheric location in the middle of the Barrio de Santa Cruz (historic Jewish quarter) with two large windows on each floor facing a small square with several restaurants. Very clean, comfortable bed, suitable for two people only, in my opinion, because the only bathroom is in the second floor bedroom. Not recommended for people with mobility issues, as there are several stairs to climb to get to the apartment and more to the bedroom, as expected and shown in the pictures, but worked out great for the two of us.

Nice apartment. Spacey and perfect location. Restaurant and sights are all in walking distance. Easy and quick communication. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely boutique little apartment with all the facilities you could want for a short stay. Right in the centre of the Santa Cruz area of Seville - five minutes from the Cathedral and Royal Palace with bars and tapas on your doorstep - with that in mind, please note it is not quiet. Great, quick and very helpful communication.

Everything was nice about this property, specially the host Angelina did an excellent job. However, we had hard time finding the place initially because the u it was numbered wrong.
