Pensión Serramar

Manager of the hotel is an absolute crook. Booked a room for 2 people, they only had a room for 1- manager refuses to acknowledge any fault or refund the difference in price. On top of that rooms are extremely musty.

I have stayed before modernization of rooms a plus reasonably clean as to be expected with amount of rooms used. Shared bathrooms get busy at certain times. But overall good location and prices. Would be good if staying open all year round

La estancia a sido buena, todo limpísimo, lo de dejar la llave en el hotel, cuando salíamos cómodo pero no te permite tener toda la tranquilidad necesaria para dejar algo de valor, aunque por supuesto, el hotel garantizaba la seguridad... Pero bien todo muy vien

Personnel vraiment très attentionné. Je recommande ! Le lit est très ferme, ne convient pas à tous.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The pictures on the website is far from what you get, it is literally false advertisement. The walls were full of what I suspect to be bodily fluids, the beds dosnt even have a top mattress which they advertise that they do, which means the Beds are rock hard. I left within 2 hours of arriving, I would have left sooner if I had another place to go to. They also take your keys every time that you leave the hotel, even if it’s just to go to eat, buy a soda or whatever. You HAVE to leave the keys with them every time you leave. So to summarise. I would personally advise NOT TO BOOK I have attached some pictures of what I booked, vs what I got

Very nice

Very good accommodation. Not luxurious, but sufficient. Very clean. There was no hand soap or towels/paper in the toilets, but body soap was available. Friendly service and a short walk to the train station.

It was third time there and still value for money in budget.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kleine kamer zonder terras. Netheid is een troef. Enige minpunt is het lawaai s' nachts. Je hoort iedere deur dichtslaan.

Het ligt lekker centraal, vriendelijke mensen, netjes en schoon met een gezellige gemeenschappelijke ruimte.

I am trying to get a duplicated payment, which was taken from Serramar reception in error and am having IMMENSE dificultirmes trying to have the payment reimbursed. My messages aren't being answered and am unable to contact the Serramar via telephone.

Extremely well Situated for all amenities. Nipping clean accommodation. Shops, bars restaurants and rail transport to Malaga and Fuengirola. Only 10 minute walk to the beach.

Calidad/precio, 10/10 Es un establecimiento que cubre con creces las necesidades para una estancia tipo negocios, fin de semana, visita ocasional... Me ha parecido estupendo, incluso su localización en la ciudad
