Punta Elena Beach

En general, correcto. En esta ocasión lo hemos encontrado no muy limpio (ventilador de techo con polvo y suelo lleno de tierra y arena). En ocasiones, el agua no salía caliente. Perdimos la conexión a internet las últimas 24 horas.

I was accidently upgraded to the premium room for a few days, the room was lovely with a nice modern interior and fantastic views. The standard room was a little dated and a more restrictive view, but still clean and nice. The pool area is gorgeous, such a lovely chilled vibe, the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by.

Old and tired, but clean and OK locations.

tres bon emplacement ! l’appartement tres vieux! la porte fenetre ne ferme pas! trou dans la porte d’entrée 0 isolation pas de chauffage d’appoint! lit tres inconfortable! baignoire tres usé pas de cash aux prises! tuyauterie rouillé!

Overall a very pleasent week in the Punta Elena...app.was very well equipped. Only suggestions would be more comfortable seating on the balcony and a safe in the app.Would definitely return

No cumple un mínimo. No hay recepción ni donde dejar las maletas. El apto sin reforma es intolerable el estado en q está. No abre la ventana corredera a la terraza x el óxido. No se puede colgar la alcachofa d la ducha. La puerta con un agujero. Hay cosas q no se pueden tener así. No es cuestión d reformas sino d respetar al cliente y tener unas condiciones mínimas

Se están realizando reformas en el alojamiento si tienes la suerte de que te la reformada genial, de lo contrario el baño y cocina … dejan bastante que desear.( no deberían tener el mismo precio ) El resto está genial, buenas vista, tranquilo, bien comunicado …

tolle, ruhige Lage - direkt am Meer & etwas fernab der touristischen Innenstadt von Corralejo Die Wohnung bot uns alles was wir brauchten. Sie war an einigen Stellen deutlich abgenutzt (z.B. hatte man die Front der Küchenschublade beim Öffnen ständig in der Hand) und es besteht eine sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit. Das lässt sich aufgrund der Lage nicht vermeiden. Aber man spürt es in den Textilien und riecht das teilweise muffige auch.

Usually we stayed on the premium apartment which is renovated and more functional. This time we stayed in the standard apartment on the first floor and the experience was slightly different: the sliding door to access the terrace is really hard to open and also it didn’t close properly with the lock which made me feel unsafe. The bathroom and the kitchen are pretty old, as well as the living furnitures. From the apartment I could hear everything that people next door were saying which was a bit frustrating. Cleaning and towels changes happen every 3 days. The property is very well located, not in the crowded Corralejo center but at walking distance if you like to walk (20 minutes) and the beach it’s just outside the door! The swimming pool, the bar and the beds in the mother pool are a great addition!

We went here because we wanted to be able to surf to our front door! Excellent position and friendly, kind staff.

Location was amazing and staff were really helpful.

Les photos mise sur votre site ne sont pas représentatives de l'appartement que nous avons eu appartement vetuste avec très peu d'équipements dommage quand on s'attend à quelque chose de moderne mais emplacement au top et vue juste magnifique. Nos divers échanges avec le personnel de Punta Elena Super

Top Lage, Wohnung etwas zu feucht, muss ständig gelüftet werden.

Visited a couple of times now and was disappointed with this visit . Apartment not clean & mold all over bathroom walls Service at pool bar was shabby to say the least. Food disappointing this time and on many occasions we noticed complaints and people walking out Owners were onsite on one occasion and sat next to us when we complained we still got charged but they eventually stepped in when charge was questioned All in all a shame it is a great spot and could be spot on

Apartments need to be updated not in terms of furniture but construction improvement. Our Apartment needed constant ventilation to avoid the humidity smell and avoid condensation
