Overall, I liked my stay at this hotel. It’s located in a lively central area of Madrid close to all major sights - everything is easily walkable, and the location is perfect. The hotel is small but modern, nicely designed, and spotlessly clean. The lobby is tiny, with the front desk basically being a small table with one staff member. A nice touch is the cute cafe next to the entrance, plus a small guest-only area with free tea and coffee. My check-in was fast and easy. For €10, they allowed early check-in, and I got my room at 11:30 a.m., which was great. I also requested a higher-floor room with good natural daylight, and this was honored. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a Standard Double Room (#407). The room was very tiny - honestly too small even for one person - but clean and pretty designed. The main downside was poor soundproofing, as hallway noise and housekeeping were clearly audible. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was no traditional closet, only an open clothing rack with shelves. The bathroom was divided into sections, which I actually liked. Wi-Fi was fast, and I appreciated the good-quality shower gel and shampoo, towels, hair dryer, and two free water bottles. Late check-out was available for €20 until 3:00 p.m. The biggest downside of my stay was the price - €130 per night felt overpriced for such a small and basic room. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for a short stay.

L'année dernière nous avions passé 10 nuits dans l'établissement à la même période dans la chambre 103, et cette année en rentrant de Séville, nous sommes arrêtés à nouveau 5 nuits dans ce même établissement et nous avons occupé la chambre 403 au fond du couloir. Notre 2eme séjour à confirmer le premier, lieu idéalement bien placé centre ville et métro Opéra proches. Beaucoup de sites à proximité à visiter. Les 3 personnes qui sont à l'accueil 24h/24 sont à l'écoute et réactifs. Merci pour tout, nous recommanderons ce lieu, lorsque nous reviendrons à Madrid, nous réserverons à ce même hôtel, c'est sur

Paguei a mesma categoria de outros quartos que minha família reservou, mas peguei um quarto muito menor que a cama de casal era encostada na parede porque não cabia no meio do quarto. O quarto não possui nem uma cadeira porque não cabe. Quando já tínhamos feito o check out a van atrasou um pouco e o recepcionista nos mandou embora porque tínhamos que desocupar a recepção. Ficamos esperando a van na calçada.

Me encanta este hotel, es la segunda vez que me alojo allí y seguro que repetiré. La ubicación es increíble, el trato agradable, la decoración esta cuidada y las camas son muy cómodas. Si tuviese que poner un pero, sería la ducha, ya que al estar dentro de la habitación tienes que tener mucho cuidado si no quieres mojar el suelo al salir, aún así es algo que puedes pasar por alto. Además en la recepción tienen una cafetería con unos cafés buenísimos.

This hotel is in a great location, and we felt the room was clean, which is usually all my spouse and I care about. With that said, we did not find anything about the room comfortable. The toilet stall door closed so close to where you sat that you realistically couldn’t keep it closed if you’re of an average height, or if you were able to get it shut you would either hit yourself trying to stand or just need to open it to get your pants back on.

It was in nice loc but the bed could have been changed as the frame is making noises due to the old condition

Oda temizdi ancak çok basık ve dardı. Üstelik birkaç binanın arasına bakan pencereleri vardı ve sadece duvar gördüm. Güneş bile gelmiyordu. Oda üst katlardan gelen 4-5 tuvaletin borusunun altındaydı sanırım, sürekli sifon ve kanalizasyon sesi kafamdaydı. 106 numaralı oda tam bir felaket…

I have stayed here before and the hotel is great. A clean, comfortable room, very helpful staff and a central location for everything in Madrid. Recommended.

Localização excelente, quarto pequeno.

Balcony view provided fresh air and a chance to sit and do some evening people-watching, but had to be closed at night because of city noise. The small toilet stall was insufficient for a tall person, and the lack of a water wand in the shower was undesireable. Otherwise, the hotel was perfectly acceptable and clean.

Simple. Effective. Excellent Location.

The separate toilet compartment and shower compartment were at first amusingly idiosyncratic. They wound up being anti-utilitarian. One's knees hit the door and the balcony rooms (though very comfortable with a nice view) are equipped with rain-head showers only, so you get completely doused, like it or not.

Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es la ubicación, que está cerca del centro, el lavabo se tapaba, el agua de la regadera se salía por todos lados, el wc está tan chiquito que si eres alto tienes que dejar la puerta abierta, no puedes abrir la ventana para que entre luz porque te ven los vecinos y la luz es muy tenue porque solo tiene black out, CARÍSIMO para lo que es, pagamos 7000 pesos la noche y NO lo vale

La habitación es increíblemente pequeña, el W.C. Está pegado a la cama, no es broma lo de esta pegado a la cama

Nice location and quiet if you get a room facing the minimal courtyard. Beds are comfortable with many pillows. But the arrangements with toilet and shower (with bad flow) as part of the bedroom is not nice if you are two persons sharing it.
