SBH Taro Beach Hotel

Stay away from this hotel. The food is absolutely horrible, service is very bad and the condition of the whole compleks is according to 1980 standard with no maintance done for the last decades.

Alles war in Ordnung nämlich das Essen und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Aber das WLAN war nicht so gut.

freundliches Personal Reception war hilfsbereit Essen war gut Ocean Front mit super Aussicht nahe am Strand Parkplatz - - Sauberkeit - Unterkunft Revision fällig - - Im Restaurant war es sehr laut. Am schlimmsten waren das Gequischte der Stühle von den Touristen beim Aufstehen und heranziehen der Stühle. @Hoteldirektion: Moniert doch bei allen Stühlen Filzgleiter, dann wird es viel angenehmer. Diese kosten nichts, bringen aber maximale Verbesserung! Bitte prüft doch das 😉

Rapport qualité-prix satisfaisant: hôtel plutôt modeste, bétonné, chambre sans décoration, vieillit un peu mal peut-être. Mais idéalement situé en bord de mer, nourriture sans pretention mais variée et correcte. Cependant,n'espérez pas vous régaler avec les boisons chaudes ou froides compises dans la formule all included: elles sont tres mauvaises.

Находится в очень хорошем месте. В начале прекрасного пляжа. Отель очень старый. Низкие потолки в главном холле и очень старая мебель. В баре,где проводится анимация,акробаты на плечах друг у друга, не могли разогнуться,чтобы сделать номер. Проводится анимация, но инвентарь для анимации давно пора заменить. Лук и стрелы: на луке отламывается штучка,на которую ложится стрела. Всего имеется только 2 стрелы. Стреляли по три раза, приходилось постоянно вынимать одну стрелу и бежать назад. Цель тряпичная и давно в плачевном состоянии. Защита для руки только одна. Нас было 6 участников и мы вынуждены были постоянно переодевать защиту. Тоже самое при стрельбе из воздушного ружья. После нескольких выстрелов вылетала какая-то деталь и аниматор вынуждена была ножом её вправлять. Музыкальные мероприятия были вечером 3 раза в неделю, хорошие. Ресторан с очень хорошим меню. Большинство блюд поставляются из большой кухни ,поэтому невкусно. Рядом находятся ещё несколько отелей этой же сети. Я заходила,одинаковое меню и все салаты нарезаны на одинаковые кубики. Но то,что делается в самом ресторане на виду у гостей, свежее и вкусное. Например, мясо и рыба с гриля, яичница. Я просила поменять мне комнату,что было сделано. Но попросили пойти принести вещи из первой комнаты и дали новую комнату недалеко от предыдущей. Пришлось ходить с вещами туда и назад. Гель и шампунь докладывали только по моей просьбе. Мыло я не просила доложить, и это ни разу не было сделано. Выкладывают цветы из полоте

Ich fühle mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl.Habe nach 2022 das Hotel das 2. Mal gebucht und es nich bereut. Direkter Zugang zum langen, feinen Sandstrand, nettes Personal, bei Nachfragen wird gerne geholfen und allgemein eine sehr ruhige Anlage. Sicher gibt es etwas Renovierungsbedarf an manchen Stellen, stört mich persönlich aber nicht. Das Gesamtpaket passt für mich, ich fühle mich wohl dort. Für allein Reisende wäre eine Lösung zur Kennzeichnung des Platzes beim Abend essen und in der Bar schön. Mir ist es des öfteren vorgekommen, dass nach dem Gang zum Büfett mein Tisch zwischenzeitlich neu eingedeckt wurde. Spricht ja eigentlich für das motivierte Personal. In der Bar war nach dem Getränke holen mein Platz durch andere Gäste belegt. Eventuell ein Kartensystem oder ähnliches? Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Es war eine sehr angenehme Woche im Taro Beach und es war soweit immer alles sauber geputzt. Teils ein bisschen renovationsbedürftig aber das hat mich nicht weiter gestört. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! -- ausser beim Empfang dürften sie ihre Mitarbeiter besser schulen, was es heisst Gastfreundlichkeit und Respekt gegenüber dem Gast entgegenzubringen... Ein Beispiel: Man hat mir beim Abschied quasi den Zimmerschlüssel aus der Hand gezerrt ohne ein DANKE oder eine Frage "wie hat es ihnen gefallen"... Das fand ich sehr schaade. Auch als ich am Schluss bei diesem Herrn eine Frage hatte zu irgend einem Anliegen, hatte er nur wiederwillig und respektlos geantwortet und war nicht an einer Problemlösung interessiert, sondern hat mich quasi zur Seite gedrängt und wollte den nächsten Gast empfangen! Das fand ich eine Frechheit- dabei hatte ich nur eine Frage zu einem Thema womit ich die Kosten dazu nicht ganz verstanden habe, das war alles.. Und ich war sehr höflich zu diesem Herrn! So einen Abschied fand ich sehr schaade, da ich eigentlich mit guter Laune aus dieser Woche vom Taro Beach, tschüss sagen wollte... --Aber ja, dafür hat mich ein anderer Herr (mit weissen Haaren) bei der Begrüssung sehr herzlich empfangen und hat mir bei Anliegen & Fragen immer geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür! Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr schön und direkt am Meer ist der Hammer! Auch das Essen war gut und man hatte immer eine grosse Auswahl zur verfügung! Ich werde sicher mal wieder kommen:)

A man broke in our room during the night, this is an extremely serious situation, as no one would ever expect to be so unsafe in an hotel of this category, and getting robbed or be victim of aggression in their own room while they sleep, even less women travelling alone. I am reporting below the email we sent to the hotel manager to which we had no chance to speak with despite our efforts and who preferred to ignore it (despite confirmation from the hotel staff the email was received), as it is self explicatory of the situation, The manager behaviour makes it clear this is a recurring issue and not an issue they intend to resolve, given that no one from reception to security to the police were surprised of it happening.

Having read the reviews prior to travelling we weren’t expecting anything 4 star or amazing but we were happy with what we found. Pros - 1. Having read the reviews we expected to have to pay for wifi, we were pleasantly surprised to find it was free wifi throughout the hotel. 2. Previous reviews stated a seeming dislike to English guests. While we found there was a majority of German guests, we didn’t find anyone treating us differently due to being English. 3. Beach “attached” to hotel, meant that the pool area always had sunbeds available no matter the time you got to the pool. 5. The entertainment team were lovely and great with the children. The activities on offer were great for our 12 year old. Cons. 1. I would say this is a 3 star hotel rather than 4 star. So if you turn up expecting a 4 star you might be a little disappointed. 2. The cleaning staff don’t seem to actually clean your rooms. They make the beds, replace toilet paper and that as far as we could tell was all. We found a sock under the bed when we arrived (not ours) and it was still there when we left. (I left it to see if they would clean under the bed) 3. The beds were very uncomfortable, being pregnant this made it very hard to sleep. 4. Food options quite limited, mainly pork. 5. Wifi while free now is not a good signal anywhere except reception of hotel. No signal at all in our room. 6. Sr Bruno of catering team was rude and ignored us even when spoken to to say hello etc.

Muy grata impresión y experiencia maravillosa en este alojamiento. Magnifica atención en recepción y hostelería general, bares y restaurantes. Ubicación ideal, cercana a la playa. Limpieza es un detalle y un sello muy positivo. Quizá eché en falta, oferta de masajes o talasoterapia.

La comida era excelente y variada por lo que no entiendo alguna crítica que he leido. El personal muy profesional y muy amable. Las instalaciones muy limpias. Un 10 para el equipo profesional y humano que lleva este hotel. Para repetir, sin duda alguna.

The food was the worst I've ever experienced anywhere in the world in all inclusive. The bar staff were rude. Payed for seaview room and was given a dungeon and demanded to be moved. Now got home today and the hotel has tried 4 times to take £932 out if my account. We payed on arrival 4 days ago 688 euros. Emailed the hotel and no reply. Never experienced anything like it in my life

Lovely rooms, clean and spacious. Corridors had a few crumbling away steps that were a bit of a hazard but nothing too serious. Food was quite sameish after a week, similar food served for all 3 meals and rather plain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really beautiful beach view from pool area and beach itself was incredible at low tide! Would go back.

I visited this hotel for my birthday together woth my partner. We stayed a week. In general I would say that the only good thing is the good level of cleanliness standard as well as the proximity to the beach. The whole complex was clean, our room was serviced daily and cannot fault on that aspect. The hotel is extremely outdated, very uncomfortable, firm beds and poor quality food. The drinks were so diluted to the state that the rose wine for example was only coloured water! The food was tasteless, blant and lacking variety. The only thing I enjoyed is the daily roast which was different each day. The rest was just blant! Coffee was the terrible Inka, which is actually not even coffee. If one wants a proper espresso needs to pay for it separately. The staff in the bars were extremely rude, not helpful and rather ingnorant. The water in the swimming pool was very cold. This was my first time in Fuerteventura and Costa Calma, but I will not return. The overall experience was not good.
