Property tired which is why it’s closing Feb 25 for upgrade. However staff, faculties are excellent and having stayed years ago we knew where we wanted to go. Look forward to returning when reopening.

Great hotel, abundant breakfast. The mattress was quite hard, but okay. We were only there for one night and didn’t have time to use all the facilities in the hotel. I’d recommend this hotel.

The Sol Arona was good for the purpose a one night stay over before the flight home. The hotel is very tired actually it's closing down in 3 weeks for a one-year refurbishment.

Et noe utdatert hotell som heldigvis skal renoveres i 2025. Kloakklukt på badet, kjent problem, fikk bedre rom neste dag, samt kompensasjon i form av gratis buffetmiddag. Veldig hyggelig dame hos guest experiencekontoret. Litt mer avmålt service i resepsjonen. Bra frokost, personalet var kjappe til å rydde underveis.

vi var afsted i januar,vejret var fint ,men poolen kunne ikke benyttes da den kun var 17-18 grader varm,det er ikke godt nok. det burde man oplyse meget tydeligt,da flere børnefamilier ikke kunne benytte den,pga den var så kold man skal være opmærksom meget dyre priser på drikkevarer ved pool området,det er ca dobbelt op i forhold til nede i byen hotellet er total slidt ned,og er på ingen måde pengene værd. det fremstår stor set som da det blev bygget 1973,bare i en nedslidt version. Der stank af kloak på toilettet,dette blev påtalt i reptionen,og blev til dels udbedret. vi betalte 8100,00 kr for 6 overnatninger,det var det på ingen måde værd !

Udefra ligner hotellet en noget trist oplevelse, lobby, pool område og spisesalen er også standard og kønsløst. Men vores ekstra værelse var skønt, den bedste seng, puder og dyne/ sengetøj. Stort soveværelse med sofa område , stort badeværelse og fin balkon med fantastisk udsigt. Der var ikke en finger at sætte på rengøring hverken på værelse eller fællesområder . Personalet var opmærksomt og serviceminded . Maden til morgenmaden var over gennemsnittet og et meget stort udvalg. Savnede dog en hyggelig bar, at slutte dagen i. Deres bar er halvt spille hal og halv bar. Meget trist , ulidelig varm og deres vin var af samme årsag meget varm. Vi havde også daglige og gentagende problemer med vores nøglekort.

Odotin paljon enemmän hintaansa nähden, huone oli siisti , kylpyhuone oli pieni.kylpytakit plussaa, vettä +muutama tarvittava pikkujittu. Ison miinuksen toi henkilökunta, todella kiukkuinen eikä avulias. En palaisi, henkilökunta tarvitse koulutusta pikaisesti.

As a single woman with a small child I found it a struggle when my key card wouldn’t let us back in the room twice after trips out. Breakfast I chose (full English) was usually cold so in the end opted for yogurt and a crossaint (could’ve paid a lot more self catering) and their was no fridge in our room meaning milk for my son went sour within half a day and my water and drinks were warm by mid day. Kids Pool was too cold To go in which is fair enough just assumed may be heated/ warmer mid afternoon. The room itself was fine, Atleast we had the park to make use of and plenty lifts as they’re only small

Very dated property with basic standard. Our room had a smell of sewage but we were told we could not get another. Only solution offered was some air-freshener. Looking at older reviews, this appears to be a known problem but no will to fix from the management.

Hotel really needs a major overhaul, stripping back to bare bones and renovate from services to cosmetics. No Aircon in the first and second floors, which are unusually warmer than any floor from 3 upwards. Assume it's the kitchen heat, as it's a clear radiant heat source.
