1° volta a Menorca, esperienza ottima l’isola ha delle calette naturali da scoprire spettacolari le sue spiagge sono favolose con acqua cristallina, l’isola la si gira tranquillamente in scooter o auto. La struttura dove ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia (4 persone) è DESMAIS E si trova a Cala GALDANA la consiglio vivamente la posizione è ottima in 5 min si raggiunge la spiaggia molto vicina al centro ma nello stesso tempo regna la quiete e la tranquillità avendo di fronte un oasi naturalistica, la struttura è ben gestita da RAFFAELE e la figlia che sono disponibilissimi per cercare di soddisfare ogni esigenza e consigliare cosa visitare o dove assaggiare le prelibatezze del luogo.

En todo momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y recibidos por el director Rafael y su equipo. El apartamento es muy cómodo y junto con la zona cerca de la bioreserva donde había un silencio encantador y la "super cama" de la que dispone el apartamento descansamos y desconectamos desde el minuto uno. Seguro que repetiremos y lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

  • Thuế do thành phố quy định: Từ 1 Tháng Mười Một - 30 Tháng Tư, 0.55 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm, tối đa 9 đêm và 0.28 EUR mỗi đêm tiếp theo. Thuế này không áp dụng cho trẻ dưới 16 tuổi.
  • Thuế do thành phố quy định: Từ 1 Tháng Năm - 31 Tháng Mười, 2.20 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm, tối đa 9 đêm và 1.10 EUR mỗi đêm sau đó. Thuế này không áp dụng cho trẻ dưới 16 tuổi.

  • Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide tại nơi lưu trú hay không; hãy cân nhắc mang theo máy phát hiện khí carbon monoxide cầm tay
  • Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú hay không
  • Hệ thống an toàn tại nơi lưu trú gồm bình cứu hỏa và hộp sơ cứu
  • Nơi lưu trú này có không gian ngoài trời, chẳng hạn như ban công, sân hiên, sân thượng có thể không phù hợp với trẻ em. Nếu có thắc mắc, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú trước khi đến để xác nhận họ có thể sắp xếp cho bạn một phòng phù hợp.

Khách phải cung cấp cho nơi lưu trú bản sao giấy tờ tùy thân có ảnh do chính phủ cấp trước khi đến. Khách sẽ nhận được email có hướng dẫn nhận phòng và thông tin hộp khóa 5 ngày trước khi đến. Nhân viên tiếp tân chỉ phục vụ trong giờ làm việc theo quy định. Nếu có câu hỏi nào, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú theo thông tin có trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Thông tin do nơi lưu trú cung cấp có thể được dịch bằng công cụ dịch tự động.

The coffee machine did not work, also the extractor hood does not work, which is very inconvenient when cooking as the apartments smells like the food. For the rest it was all ok, I cannot really complain about others things. I liked that it was quiet, view was nice and it was not such a big complex!

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. While the host was very nice and accommodating, the apartment itself was not. No AIR CONDITIONING in a 35 Celsius weather, just one fan to make sleeping barely possible. We found trash from previous guests under the bed. Too expensive for what it has to offer. Avoid

Chambre salle, très bruyant, pas de clim, lave-linge commun, lit bébé facturé 10€ par jour pour un lit parapluie! A ce prix on attendait un vrai lit, la somme est en plus à payer en liquide ainsi que la taxe de séjour... ça sent bon l'optimisation fiscale... par contre personnel sympa et accueillant et piscine agréable. Dans l'ensemble 150€ la nuit en Aout c'est horriblement cher pour ce que c'est, ça vaut 80€ tout a plus.

Apartmento com tudo o necessário para passar umas férias relaxadas na cala galdana. Zona muito sossegada e próxima da praia (cerca de 7 min a pé) . De destacar a simpatia e disponibilidade da menina da recepção. Apenas poderia ter um serviço de limpeza melhor durante a estadia. Custo benefício muito bom. Voltava a ficar alojada no desmais.

These are excellent apartments in a good location. The apartment we stayed in was very well equipped with everything we needed. The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Cala Galdana where we had a lovely view of the river and adjacent countryside but we were still only a few minutes from the beach and several restaurants. Our hosts were lovely and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

The apart/hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Cala Galdana's beach and shops/restaurants/bars, in a quiet end of the road area. The welcoming from the receptionist/manager was very warm and friendly. The flat we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and stylish. We have been to Cala Galdana many times before and we love its wonderful beach!

De locatie is op een mooie rustige plek niet ver van het strand. Het personeel is vriendelijk.Het complex ziet er verzorgd uit maar de apartmenten zijn minder dan de foto's doen vermoeden. De bedden zijn goed en de keuken handig maar de badkamer verouderd. We troffen het niet helemaal netjes schoon aan. Voor kleine kinderen is er niet echt mogelijkheid om buiten rond te lopen ivm trappen en zwembad. En het is erg gehorig, wat ook niet handig is met kinderen

Elegimos el hotel por las buenas cristicas que tiene y la verdad que valio la pena, es perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de sus instalaciones. La zona donde estan los apartamentos es muy bonita y tranquila. Los apartamentos estan muy cerca de cala galdana. El staff fue muy agradable y atento desde que llegamos. Estaremos encantados de volver a alojarnos allí!

The host of Des Mais made us feel so welcome. She was very informative and advised us on everything in the local area from walks, to great restaurants, to beaches and activities. Most of which we sampled and were awesome! When reception was closed we were greeted by the care taker who was very friendly and smiley, credit to her as the grounds of Des Mais are beautiful. She helped us with our washing and drying when required - this is another service that Des Mais offers (all for only 2 Euro!) The location is beyond perfect; our room had a idyllic view across the nature reserve opposite where you can find birds & fishes in the stream. Their chirping and splashing provides a backing track you wouldn't get anywhere else. The new owner has done a great job of renovations, although the accommodation is basic (it hasn't everything you'll need) it's reflected in the price and is excellent value for money! In a world where there's so much to choose from its easy to find yourself being over critical and leaving disappointed, however, this wasn't the case with Des Mais. We left feeling contented and sad to go. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay! Highly recommended.

1° volta a Menorca, esperienza ottima l’isola ha delle calette naturali da scoprire spettacolari le sue spiagge sono favolose con acqua cristallina, l’isola la si gira tranquillamente in scooter o auto. La struttura dove ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia (4 persone) è DESMAIS E si trova a Cala GALDANA la consiglio vivamente la posizione è ottima in 5 min si raggiunge la spiaggia molto vicina al centro ma nello stesso tempo regna la quiete e la tranquillità avendo di fronte un oasi naturalistica, la struttura è ben gestita da RAFFAELE e la figlia che sono disponibilissimi per cercare di soddisfare ogni esigenza e consigliare cosa visitare o dove assaggiare le prelibatezze del luogo.

En todo momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y recibidos por el director Rafael y su equipo. El apartamento es muy cómodo y junto con la zona cerca de la bioreserva donde había un silencio encantador y la "super cama" de la que dispone el apartamento descansamos y desconectamos desde el minuto uno. Seguro que repetiremos y lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. While the host was very nice and accommodating, the apartment itself was not. No AIR CONDITIONING in a 35 Celsius weather, just one fan to make sleeping barely possible. We found trash from previous guests under the bed. Too expensive for what it has to offer. Avoid

Chambre salle, très bruyant, pas de clim, lave-linge commun, lit bébé facturé 10€ par jour pour un lit parapluie! A ce prix on attendait un vrai lit, la somme est en plus à payer en liquide ainsi que la taxe de séjour... ça sent bon l'optimisation fiscale... par contre personnel sympa et accueillant et piscine agréable. Dans l'ensemble 150€ la nuit en Aout c'est horriblement cher pour ce que c'est, ça vaut 80€ tout a plus.

Really great location -- quiet, and with lovely view over stream and marsh, but a short walk to the town centre and the stunning beach. Clean, cheerful and modern apartment with everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Apartmento com tudo o necessário para passar umas férias relaxadas na cala galdana. Zona muito sossegada e próxima da praia (cerca de 7 min a pé) . De destacar a simpatia e disponibilidade da menina da recepção. Apenas poderia ter um serviço de limpeza melhor durante a estadia. Custo benefício muito bom. Voltava a ficar alojada no desmais.

These are excellent apartments in a good location. The apartment we stayed in was very well equipped with everything we needed. The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Cala Galdana where we had a lovely view of the river and adjacent countryside but we were still only a few minutes from the beach and several restaurants. Our hosts were lovely and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

The apart/hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Cala Galdana's beach and shops/restaurants/bars, in a quiet end of the road area. The welcoming from the receptionist/manager was very warm and friendly. The flat we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and stylish. We have been to Cala Galdana many times before and we love its wonderful beach!

De locatie is op een mooie rustige plek niet ver van het strand. Het personeel is vriendelijk.Het complex ziet er verzorgd uit maar de apartmenten zijn minder dan de foto's doen vermoeden. De bedden zijn goed en de keuken handig maar de badkamer verouderd. We troffen het niet helemaal netjes schoon aan. Voor kleine kinderen is er niet echt mogelijkheid om buiten rond te lopen ivm trappen en zwembad. En het is erg gehorig, wat ook niet handig is met kinderen

Elegimos el hotel por las buenas cristicas que tiene y la verdad que valio la pena, es perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de sus instalaciones. La zona donde estan los apartamentos es muy bonita y tranquila. Los apartamentos estan muy cerca de cala galdana. El staff fue muy agradable y atento desde que llegamos. Estaremos encantados de volver a alojarnos allí!

The host of Des Mais made us feel so welcome. She was very informative and advised us on everything in the local area from walks, to great restaurants, to beaches and activities. Most of which we sampled and were awesome! When reception was closed we were greeted by the care taker who was very friendly and smiley, credit to her as the grounds of Des Mais are beautiful. She helped us with our washing and drying when required - this is another service that Des Mais offers (all for only 2 Euro!) The location is beyond perfect; our room had a idyllic view across the nature reserve opposite where you can find birds & fishes in the stream. Their chirping and splashing provides a backing track you wouldn't get anywhere else. The new owner has done a great job of renovations, although the accommodation is basic (it hasn't everything you'll need) it's reflected in the price and is excellent value for money! In a world where there's so much to choose from its easy to find yourself being over critical and leaving disappointed, however, this wasn't the case with Des Mais. We left feeling contented and sad to go. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay! Highly recommended.
