Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere. Staff super friendly and helpful. Only downfall was that we got two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.

Superb location, great rooms. Only negatives would be the led lights around the switches are very bright during the night, and the street bin men seem to always come at 2am and make a racket 5 stars, would recommend

O Vincci é uma excelente opção em Sevilha! Bem localizado, bem decorado, confortável, equipe ultra atenciosa e atenta a cada detalhe, que de fato se importa e preocupa em fazer a diferença na hospedagem. O quarto é excelente, cama maravilhosa, banheiro muito bom (secador de cabelo potente), bons amenities, cafeteira e chaleira disponíveis. Foi aniversário do meu marido e nos ofertaram uma garrafa de espumante e uma sobremesa para celebrarmos. A única coisa que senti falta foi um espelho de corpo inteiro que em uma suíte daquela não entendo não ter e usava o do elevador. Um detalhe que seria muito simples deles resolverem.

The hotel is good value for money. It is very comfortable, modern and situated in a quiet courtyard too despite super close to the vibe and scene of a buzzing Seville. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rude, hostile, and racist young woman at the reception on checking out, who was deliberately unhelpful and unfriendly and who refused to help me with directions to the nearest main road and behaved in an aloof, arrogant, and superior manner and was totally unprofessional. Location of the hotel is in a tiny square surrounded by small streets, some of which are not very clean. Very confusing for visitors, the majority of whom are ofcourse are not familiar with the area. Taxi driver got lost trying to find the hotel when coming from the train station.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this hotel and the staff member that checked us in. First, we were not offered water upon check-in (bottle or other means). We had a long day with many mishaps and we were thirsty. In addition, I reserved a larger room with a double bed for my husband and I to share. When we arrived at our room, it was so small, that to pass in front of the bed you would hit the television hanging on the wall with your shoulder. One would have to slither sideways to get by. There was no chair to sit in, no refrigerator, no complimentary water, we only had 4 hangers, virtually no space in the bathroom for toiletries @ counter level (it was a single sink, the larger room had the double sink in the picture) and finally it was two twin beds! I immediately called downstairs and spoke to the gentleman who checked us in and was told there was nothing else to offer. There sister hotel across the way at $50 cheaper had room. My husband and I have stayed in 47, 4 and 5 star hotels in the last 18 months and most of them in Europe. We know the difference between 4 and 5 star accomodations. Being a 4 star hotel, I had certain common expectations, number one not paying for a lager room and being stuck with a twin bed room the size of my bathroom in the US. Disappointed seems to be too mild of a word to use for our first experience in Seville.

A great hotel, centrally locate with easy access to the sights and shops. The staff were amazing, willing to provide assistance at all times. We would definitely recommend it!
