Flott, sentralt og meget romslig

Very well appointed and located studio apartment near Plaza de la Paz. Free parking down the hill and a fifteen minute walk to the Wine Bodegas. Daniel was communicative and helpful. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the apartment building is on a well traveled street (vehicular and foot traffic). Overall a good place to stay in La Rioja!

This property is good for short stay in this town, we rented for four adults and this was too small in space, there is only a big bed for two and a sofa-bed for other two people divided by a tv set in between, the room for four people has to be bigger not this one. also we found the security box broken. and only a little bathroom for all four adults it is uncomfortable.

Not great. It was the only disappointment in over two weeks in Spain. We and our friends had two rooms. Check-in was a hassle. Information was never shared prior to arrival. We arrived and had to call the host, who was out of town. We eventually got into our rooms, which were very beautiful, but then the button to flush the toilet broke within minutes in one of the rooms. Not their fault, things happen. We called the host, who had us facetime him. He asked us to wait for a PLUMBER TO ARRIVE. After about 30 minutes we called back and told him we really needed the room switched because we wanted to explore the town. At this point, he "upgraded" our room. It was gorgeous, but there was WATER EVERYWHERE dripping from the ceiling. We called him back, showed him the damage. We were asked not to use the bathroom/light. Fortunately, the room had 2 bathrooms. The host offered us a free bottle of wine for our trouble (the rooms are stocked)- nice. We were with friends, so we had 2 (obviously expecting the other would be on our bill). The next day, maids came in and were very nice. We left. Host calls me within 30 minutes and makes me feel like I was trying to steal a bottle! I told him that clearly I thought it would be charged to the room. He said that because he wasn't a hotel, he couldn't do that. I had to give him my credit card number over the phone. Very uncomfortable.

While the apartment was great, the lack of communication prior to the stay made the experience leave a bad taste in my mouth. Complex requires the use of an APP and security codes. This information was not provided prior to arrival. It took 10 minutes to get all the entry logistics figured out before we could enter. The building has no elevator, so you need to lug your bags up a staircase. Even once the entry process was understood, it worked inconsistently. So we would prop the doors open

Apartamento bien situado pero con muchas cosas por reparar, sofa rajado, sabana con agujero, mueble que cae la tapa sola, también se nos pidio que nos duchasemos durante menos tiempo porque habia filtraciones que afectaban al local de abajo. La decoración es intensa pero eso ya depende de los gustos de cada uno. Esperábamos que estuviera mejor de lo que estaba. Sobretodo pagando un precio elevado por noche. En la descripción ponía que los menores eran gratis y primero se me pidio pagar 60€ por una cuna 2 noches y ante mi sorpresa me lo rebajaron a 40€. La cuna no estaba en correctas condiciones y tuvimos que poner una manta para aplanar un poco la base.

We enjoyed the Gran Reserva Suite as it was spacious and we particularly liked the comfortable bed and the ability to walk everywhere. The local free parking was close and easy to use. Only issue was that the great huge jacuzzi tub water was not hot enough to enjoy - perhaps the hot water was used by other guests?!

Walk to new area, old town almost empty.

Fantastic location, great looking apartment. Its so close to everything, including free parking, plenty of restaurants Its right there by the central plaza, with lots of wineries close by. Daniel (the host) is super helpful and quick to answer any questions. The apartment is clea , tidy and has got everything you might need. Highly recommend it 👌

We enjoyed our stay - so close to many of the bars and restaurants. It was wonderful to have more space and amenities than usual hotel rooms. Very nice place, clean and comfortable!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Komfort extras (Espresso maschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage). Super Bett, gutes Sofa, riesen Fernseher der sicher gut ist wenn man weiss, wie er angeht(!). Sehr komfortabel, viele High-Tech features.

Creo que con una bañera de hidromasaje no voy a decir albornoz pero unas zapatillas de baño sí debían de poner a disposición del usuarioToallas escasas.La cama son dos colchones unidos,que llamarse "suite" es por algo más que tener buen gusto en el diseño del interior.Falta seguridad.El frigorífico muy pequeño y yo cambiaría la lavadora por un lavavajillas que es mucho más práctico.Veo la suite un poco dejada,un sillón chaisse longue con un buen roto(se aprecia que lo han roto con la ventana )las ventanas no tienen cortinas,tienen contraventanas,pero no cortinas y,aunque desde el exterior hace espejo ,si enciendes alguna luz, entonces te ve todo el mundo Se me olvidaba: En la ducha falta una esterilla en el suelo o unos agarraderos porque resbala cosa mala,...y unas velitas(3) que hay en un estante en la zona de ducha solo funciona una de ellas. Gorros de ducha solo había uno y faltaban también cepillos de dientes ya que a ese precio sería lo más normal.

This is a super apartment in the centre of Haro absolutely great for visiting all the bogedas some great wine tasting to be had which are an absolute must. For a traditional building this apartment has been restored to a high modern spec. Very well equipped and comfortable. It has a spacious living room with kitchen area off and a very comfortable bed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Great property in an excellent location. Host very helpful. Highly recommend.
