Lovely quiet room at the back was clean and suited our needs perfectly Property lacks elevator space and has lots of steps making it difficult for moving suitcases and for people with walking difficulties.

This hotel is exactly what we needed in Geneva. Reasonably priced, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel provides passes for the local bus and tram service, so you're able to get everywhere in Geneva for next extra cost. We would definitely stay here again and at other Fassbind properties.

Basic hotel with limited facilities. A good distance from the main town centre and attractions. No dining options. Breakfast was not of very good quality and with limited voice. No toaster available. Communal areas seem very tired and in need of refurbishment

Parked where receptionist told us to. Confirmed this was right. He insisted. Got towed and had to pay 500 euros. They refused to get management and contribute but wrote and confirmed they were at fault and said to park there. Breakfast not “huge”. Coffee in room - twin room and only 1 sachet, and couldn’t get into it. Good shower. Big room. Small gym. Not the nicest residential area. Quick 24hr check in No windows in room!

We stayed in Room 205 which, despite being described as a 'Superior Room', was 'tired' and in need of renovation. The most obvious items were: 1 The wallpaper was scuffed and torn in places, particularly by the door and by the window. 2 All the paintwork in the room was grubby and in need of a re-paint. 3 The net curtains need to be washed or replaced (one curtain had a hole.) 4 The paintwork at the base of the sliding door to the wardrobe was worn, looked poor and was in need of repainting. 5 The bathroom had evidently suffered an overflow at some time as both the floor by the bathroom and the door and door frame showed evidence of water damage that had not been repaired. 6 The bathroom shower refused to stay in one position and instead slid down to bath level when in use! 7 Neither LED bedside reading light worked. One was completely missing. Room 205 could not be described as a 'Superior Room' We did however, appreciate the good choice of food available at breakfast and the excellent service provided by the lady responsible for the breakfast area.

There is a lot to say about this awful hotel. We booked this hotel a year ago when it showed 4 star rating and it appears it’s now 3 star. I don’t know how they achieved 3 star as they don’t deserve 1 star. We arrived at the hotel in evening to check in and the door was open and no staff to be seen - there is one staff left at night to deal with all issues of hotel - Annas was absolutely lovely and deserves 5 star for his service but the hotel service was appalling. We felt very unsafe at the hotel as anyone could walk in randomly. The hotel is very dated and fixtures are broken. We changed our room 5 times due to drainage smells, flies in second room, room not cleaned and full of dust on 3rd room and then bath blocked so we were unable to shower. The 5 room changes caused so much inconvenience and 3hrs to do. This caused alot of stress moving luggage’s and etc. it was late and we didnt need this after a busy day exploring. The hotel management were aware of the issues and were not helpful in providing refund through Expedia or rectifying situation. Thankfully we only booked 1 night and we couldn’t wait to leave at 6am for our onward journey.

We were only here for 1 nite. An easy trek on bus to hotel. Front desk guy very friendly and helpful. Our room was very small but beds and pillows were cozy. It suited our needs fine and fair price.

Excellent staff on reception. Very pleasant & welcoming. Air con system in bedroom needs upgrading. It was not strong enough to cope with the high temperature outside.

Hôtel au calme et très bien situé. La gare et le lac sont à 10/15 mn à pieds . Avec un arrêt d’autobus devant l’hôtel qui dessert la gare et un accès gratuit aux transports en commun grâce à la carte remise lors du check in. Chambres très propres, très confortables avec cafetière, café, thé et bouilloire mis à disposition.
