đó là 2 ngày sinh nhật của tôi ở khách sạn này Vị trí rất tuyệt, chỉ 5 phút đi bộ đến ga rumlang. khách sạn cung cấp dịch vụ đưa đón miễn phí từ / đến sân bay cứ sau 30 phút, do đó bạn không phải lo lắng làm thế nào để đến khách sạn sau khi hạ cánh. phòng rộng rãi và thoải mái để nghỉ ngơi Bữa sáng rất ngon, đầy đủ nhưng không có trạm trứng. nói chung tôi thích ở trong khách sạn này

We had a great time from check in to check out It was close and convenient to get to the airport. We had an issue hooking up our apple box. Called the front desk for help, they sent up maintenance. Marcin Gasiorowski came in under two minutes, had the issue fixed in no time. He was wonderful! We will be back for sure

ホテル選びをする上で、市内へのアクセスを気にする方もいるかもしれませんが、チューリッヒ中央駅へのアクセスも問題ありません。
駅まで5分ちょっと。電車に乗れば15分なので、時刻表に合わせて動けば30分内には市内に出れます。
朝食については0400-とありますが、恐らく0400-0600はシンプルな内容で、0600-1000には温かいメニューも含めた内容になっていたと思います。ご参考に！
近くにはマクドナルドやサブウェイ、スーパーもあります。

This is a great hotel if you are getting on a flight. Not the best if you want to explore the city center. We had an unfortunate situation where the room below us had a water leak. In the middle of the night our room slowly started to heat up. When we woke up the floor was so hot we thought they turned the heat on in July. When we called down to reception, they said everything was fine but i asked to have our AC looked at. 2 hrs later someone showed up and told us it was because the room under us has hot fans running all night to dry the room out from the water leak. We left shortly after this. No compensation was offered to us.

This is by far the best Holiday Inn Express that we stayed during our travel in Germany and Switzerland. Only complain we have was the bathroom drain seems to be clogged, water drained very slow. Aside from that, everything is excellent. I wish all Holiday Inn Express is as spacious as this one. We are definitely comeback here if given the chance to visit Switzerland again.

The property was very convenient. One bit of feedback — the website is not clear that the shuttle FROM the airport to the hotel is free or where to pick up the shuttle. I wrote asking about this but never received a response. As a result, I paid for a taxi from the airport, which was expensive. I wish I could have avoided this cost.

Nous sommes arrivés à minuit avec une réservation confirmée et payée, mais on nous a appris qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible à cause d’un surbooking. Il a fallu attendre jusqu’à 2h du matin pour finalement avoir une chambre. Cette attente, en pleine nuit, après un long voyage, est inacceptable. Il semblait qu’une fête du personnel avait lieu ce soir-là, ce qui a sans doute contribué au manque de réactivité et à la désorganisation. Heureusement, la chambre attribuée était propre, mais cela ne compense pas la mauvaise gestion de notre arrivée. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel. A ce jour pas d'excuse ni remboursement. Inacceptable pour un hotel à presque 200€ la nuit.

This is by far the best Holiday Inn Express that we stayed during our travel in Germany and Switzerland. Only complain we have was the bathroom drain seems to be clogged, water drained very slow.
