Place was cozy and had a lovely view from the room. Hotel emails the door code before you arrive. Place was close to stores and also walkable to the train station. No need for a taxi ride here. Would recommend!

Everything you could want for the price, clean rooms. Fridge, safe. Clean toilets and showers. Beautiful views and very helpful staff.

I upgraded and my room was fantastic. Front desk was so kind. WHAT A VIEW. Only thing missing was the balcony flowers in February. LOVED my stay and wish it was longer. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I've ever had and I sleep in about 100 different hotel beds a year!

Staff was great, cleanliness was great, bathroom were the smallest things I've ever seen, you can't really use the toiled without hitting your knees on the sink but other than that it was good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect—close to all the main tourist attractions and shopping areas. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, surrounded by high-end hotels, making it a pleasant and secure place to return to in the evening.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Incredibly view and location - but the state of the bathroom was not very good (difficult to close the door, only one soap , but you could not tell if it was shampoo or hand soap or bath soap)

Our room was ready when we arrived which was 2 hours before the stated check-in time which was very convenient and perfect for us to get out exploring Geneva straight away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it was great to get a free map and travel cards - the public transport was really useful. The room was ideal for our one night stay. The room and the ensuite were clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a safe and the view across the river was great. It was quiet in the hotel which allowed us to relax after a long day exploring. The only cons were at first there was a slight smoking smell in the room but it did clear and the shower tray is quite shallow so it would flood if you were in there longer than a few minutes, but other than that we were really happy with our stay so thank you!

6歳の長男と2人で旅行しました。駅からスーツケース持ってアクセス可能です。周りにはレストランやスーパーもあるので便利。受付横にはキッチンもあるので自由に使えてオススメです！
