Comfortabele, ruime kamers en een goed verzorgd ontbijt. Goede service in alle opzichten. Uitstekend ontbijt. In enkele minuten loop je naar de Gornergratbahn, skibus is klein stukje verder maar nog steeds goed te doen. Enig minpuntje (als genoemd in andere reviews); tot laat in de nacht veel lawaai vanaf de straat, geschreeuw soms zelfs. Met dichte ramen weinig last van, maar dan snel benauwd op kamer.

Great room, nice balcony. Good tradition of price room and not too far from the train station since you have to walk everywhere in zermatt. Everything is a great view
Breakfast was pretty light but good. Most mornings we choose to go across the street to the bakery

Great room, nice balcony. Good tradition of price room and not too far from the train station since you have to walk everywhere in zermatt. Everything is a great view

Me gustó demasiado el hotel está súper cerca de la estación de tren 3 minutos caminando la satencion fue muy buena nos atendió un español de Barcelona y súper buena gente muy servicial . La habitación estaba muy amplia y tenía balcón . El desayuno también me gustó .
Solo que no sé cómo que me picó algo en la noche tenía 4 ronchas no sé qué habría sido pero todo bien

Wonderful property close to the station. Very clean, quiet and the service was fantastic. Breakfast is continental with plenty of choice and all very fresh. Rooms are very clean, quiet and a good size. Close to everything in Zermatt. Would highly recommend this property.

Quarto grande e confortável, localizado na principal rua de Zermatt e ótimo café da manhã.

We really enjoyed wandering around Zermatt and this hotel was nicely located for that. It was easy walking distance from the train station and close to a lot of restaurants. It is a long walk from the cable car to the ski hill. Breakfast was included. There wasn’t a lot on offer but what was there was good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Lastly, I am not sure how anyone with an accessibility issue would get to the elevator unless there is a back entrance. There were steps to the lobby and the elevator.

Excelente hotel, com um serviço impecável, pessoal simpático, profissional e cordial. A localização é espetacular e o quarto é excelente, muito limpo, amplo, novo e com serviço de limpeza impecável, com roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, limpas e trocadas diariamente. O café da manhã é excelente. Nós tivemos que sair antes do café da manhã e eles prepararam um pacote de café da manhã para nós levarmos. Isso mostra a cordialidade dos profissionais. Um dos melhores hotéis que já havia hospedado.

Great location right in the middle of everything. Our room was big and spacious with a giant balcony that wraps around, however it does go to other rooms so make sure to keep your balcony door locked! The views are great and customer service was very nice. Great breakfast included.

A quiet comfortable room with great views of the Matterhorn. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The only improvement we would suggest is to have a fridge in the room. You are right in the centre of town which is very convenient.
