Foi perfeita! Uma vista linda, uma caminhada até o centrinho de uns 10 minutos no máximo, mas que de tornava perfeito, pois o caminho é lindo e íamos aproveitando, no caminho alguns restaurantes, bares, a estação de SKY é onde alugar os equipamentos…fomos conhecendo tudo na caminhada rsr. Na chegada marquei com o hotel para nos buscar e para nos levar tbem, pois estamos com os filhos e eram muitas malas “ tem um valor adicional, mas vale a pena” porém quem quiser ir caminhando e levar as malas, consegue tbem. Obs: se não tiver tido uma nevasca, pq dificulta para carregar as malas. Ah, o Frederico funcionário do hotel “estava sempre no café da manhã” um querido, muito atencioso.

A short but uphill walk from train station they have transport but it’s 5 Swiss francs a person but a doable walk with a carry on bag Breakfast was sumptious , quiet area but no t close to any restaurants but Zermatt is a small but beautiful town so everything is in walking distance

geral bom! mas... o quarto é muito bom, porém colchões eram muito moles, de quase afundar na cama, tem uma ladeira gigante para chegar até o hotel, eles não disponibilizam o carrinho deles para nos trazer das estação nem para nos levar, eles cobram 5 CHFs por pessoa. achamos que era pra ser gratuito pois, é um carrinho do próprio hotel que se encontrar no alto da ladeira, todos chegam sempre ofegantes na recepção. ponto de melhoria é ser mais cordial em relação ao uso deste carrinho com todos os hopedes. no mais Zermat é linda.

I had a reservation at this hotel but had to cancel because my wife became very ill with food poisoning. I fully understood the reservation was non-refundable, but given the situation, I asked Hotels.com to contact the hotel on my behalf to request a partial refund. To my surprise, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or even attempt to negotiate, despite the circumstances being beyond our control. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with us was extremely disappointing. Next time I’m in Zermatt, I will definitely not be staying here. Very poor customer service.

완벽했습니다. 위치도 역과 가깝고, 주변에 몬세라트 전망대를 걸어올라갈수 있습니다. 조식도 제공되는걸 감안하였을때 가성비가 너무 좋고 시설도 좋았습니다.

The hotel was very clean & convenient that it had a restaurant, bar & breakfast. The rooms had a great terrace that had nice views. One of our party was able to get a fantastic photo of the "golden horn" when she happened to wake up at 6am and looked out the window and saw it. We had to make changes to our reservations prior to our visit, the staff was very accommodating and made sure we received confirmation of the change (so much that they called to make sure we saw it), For those wondering about the recent floods, we did not notice anything amiss in the town or hotel. The only issue was having to take a bus for part of the way into Zermatt, but that only provided lovely views, and of course affected the whole town and not just this hotel. No SC but it was not needed during our stay in July.

Nice clean hotel. Close to Zermatt station but it’s on a hill so it can be tricky if you have big or lots of luggage. Breakfast was good. I would stay again

Hotel was awesome! Staff was great! Room was perfect and the breakfast was outstanding! We would stay there again. Beware that the walk to the hotel is steep. Hotel is high up so this could be a challenge to some although we loved it.

Nice Hotel and Have some good view of Matterhorn. Easy access to station via electric car for about 13 CHF. Breakfast was really good. Would love to stay again.
