Good rooms. Spacious for Geneva standards. Modern. Very clean. Friendly front desk.
Breakfast options very limited and non existent. Rooms lack kettles for tea / coffee. Bathrooms lack shaving mirrors.

Sejour excellent. Hotel tres comfortable et tres bien situe. En grande partie du fait que l'hotel m'a offer un pass pour le reseau de transport public qui couvre tout le territoire de Geneve... j'ai pu visiter bien plus que je ne pensais.

Excellent property, room as pictured and delicious breakfast. However, if you're unlucky like me you may be given a room that's not in the main building.That means you'll have to walk outside to an alleyway, up some stairs and the same to enter the main part of the hotel. That part was inconvenient enough with suitcases that I'd rethink staying there in the future.

My experience in housekeeping was bad, they did not fix the room despite hanging the sign on the door in addition to informing from desk receptionist of the matter.
Moreover the dining area was only serving breakfast no in room dining

Everything is great except for a much needed coffee machine that should be standard on every room. TV channel offerings are OK. Bar on the corner is too loud if you dare sleep with a window open.

Good location. Very central. Tiny rooms but that’s very typical of Geneva hotels. Biggest downside was breakfast. Not many options and it was nearly over by 8:45 am. Unacceptable.

La chambre est suffisamment grande pour 3 nuits , cependant il n'y a que 4 cintres et aucun tiroir pour ranger ses affaires. La salle de bain est pratique ( s'il vous plait changez ce robinet de lavabo absolument impossible à utiliser sans arroser la salle de bain entière ).Le chauffage est parfait . Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste et souvent insuffisamment approvisionné. La cuisine est malheureusement trop proche de la salle du petit déjeuner et nous pouvons participer aux conversations sonores de l équipe des cuisines .....Le personnel de salle et de réception est aux petits soins pour nous .L'emplacement de cet hôtel est vraiment central et desservi par de nombreuses lignes de bus et tram .

the building is divided into 2. the main one seems more interesting. the other one has to cross a courtyard, use keys steps to open to the second building.
But very good location, central. and nice reception area.

Super emplacement, accueil chaleureux, chambre sommaire, nous nous attendions à un lit double, nous avons eu deux lits simples collés, chambre peu spacieuse, assez sombre. Pas de volet ni rideau dans la salle de bain assez gênant quand on se rend aux toilettes avec l’envie de se rendormir, ça coupe le sommeil
