Yo quiero felicitar al hotel por ser muy lindo el personal excelente l comida muy buena, el spa espectacular, zermatt lo cerraron por mal clima no habían vías de tren abierto y el hotel se portó a la altura ofreciendo un 50 porciento de descuento por las noche extra por algo que ellos no tuvieron que ver si no fue por el clima, no se aprovecharon de la situación. Al contrario el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar impresionante el hotel y personal los felicito de todo corazón.

This hotel is super convenient to the train station(s), but it is either sound proof or the trains are quiet because we didn’t hear anything. The spa is great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed everything!

The Sauna, Spa (massage), gym and Yoga class were truly terrific. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was all I could have hoped for. The room was very comfortable. The hotel really met and surpassed all expectations.

This property was centrally located and absolutely perfect for our trip. The staff was incredible and our room spacious and clean. The breakfasts were amazing as were the 3-5pm coffee and desserts they offered in the lobby every day. Perfect place to stay!!!!

Fell in love with it here. We came with our two kids for a ski trip and weren't sure what to expect because it was our first time to Zermatt. Now, we cannot wait to come back!! Fabulous location, amenities, staff and little touches. On point. So easy and nice.

We want to express our gratitude to the entire team at Schloss Hotel for an amazing experience. We stayed as a family (16-year-old twins, Ale Jr. 11, mom, and dad), and everything was perfect—impeccable cleanliness, outstanding service, and a top-notch complimentary spa. We felt truly welcomed, and the staff made our stay even more special.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again!

Wir hatten uns durch die guten Bewertungen und den hohen Preis mehr erwarten. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man erreicht die Innenstadt von Zermatt sowie den Bahnhof in 2 min zu Fuß. Das Hotel an sich macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar in der Lobby sowie das Frühstück können wir sehr empfehlen. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über einen schönen Wellnessbereich. Leider waren wir von unserem Zimmer (Junior Suite) etwas enttäuscht. Bis auf das Bad und die Betten war das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen… Abgeschlagene Türrahmen und eher durchschnittliche bis einfache Einrichtung. Zudem hatten wir ein schlechteres Zimmer erhalten welches direkt am Aufzug lag und daher sehr laut war, sodass wir nachts öfters aufgewacht sind. Wir hatten uns bei diesem Preis und bei dieser Zimmerkategorie auf eine bessere Lage im Haus mit Ausblick eingestellt, welchen wir leider nicht hatten. Zusammenfassend ist das Hotel mit dem Wellnessbereich an sich schön und in einer tollen Lage, jedoch sind die Zimmer nicht den Preis wert.

One of the most incredible experiences I have had at a hotel to date. The condition of the property, the hospitality, the included spa and breakfast were all on point.
The location is also A++, best location as far as proximity to lifts for the mountain, transit, etc.
We will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Schloss Hotel. Alex and his team were wonderful and created the perfect experience.
The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, Gornergrat train, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Zermatt!
