Budget hotel, just a night or 2 is fine.

It’s a simple family ran guest house. You get what you pay for. Do not get the fan room. I didn’t know that’s what I booked and was miserable. The curtains are really thin and I felt like someone could see me getting dressed since there’s no place to hang towel in the shower area. Bed was hard and with just fan I didn’t sleep well. Could be good for a night or in ac room. LOVED the location.

Overall itwas safe, basic, and the staff was fine. Hot and humid at night. No AC. Fair price for what you pay being the beginning of the tourist season. Close to food.

올드타운에서 위치 좋고 가성비. 최고예요 날씨가 더워져서 선풍기라 옮겼지만 룸 청소도 잘 해주시고. 16일 동안 잘 지냈어요

I can only give 5 stars and hope I can stay again, as this is the perfect stay in Chiang Mai and the best value for money ever!

it’s clean,cheap and nice guest house!!

Siamo arrivati la mattina presto e inizialmente non trovavano la nostra prenotazione, ma poi si sono fatti perdonare perché ci hanno dato la camera prima dell'orario del normale check-in. La camera che ci hanno non era ottimale: dall'esterno proveniva un sacco di rumore e nel bagno la doccia era in una posizione parecchio scomoda e il lavandino perdeva da sotto. La cosa migliore è che nelle aree comuni si possono trovare caffè solubile e acqua calda per farsi il caffè in autonomia, anche se nessuno delle ragazze ce l'ha detto. Il personale dovrebbe essere più attento perché spesso capita che non ci sia nessuno in reception e la camera non ci è stata mai pulita nonostante mettessimo il cartello per richiedere le pulizie.

It’s a 1 star hotel so you get what you pay for but I will say the room was a good size, it was cleaned everyday with new towels and a new toilet roll everyday. The shower was hot and there was plenty of water. It’s in a great location to explore the old city with plenty of places to eat and drink and of course Wats to visit. Downside was the landing lights were on all night with very thin curtains and none of the ceiling lights worked so only had 1 lamp for light.

Simple clean room. Very nice family owned guest house with very affordable rates!

It's conveniently located right in the old city, very close to the Sunday walking street.

Très bon emplacement dans la vieille ville et à un très bon prix. Dommage que le personnel parle très peu anglais et ne donne que très peu d'informations.

Personale cordiale ma inglese solo basico Ottima posizione centrale Finestre senza vetro chiudibile Inoltre anche finestra sul giroscale (anche questa senza vetro chiudibile), quindi si sentono i rumori della strada e di chi è nella hall

Bed is very big and comfy, nice location and quiet at night.

Works for me ...beds could use an upgrade but for me its location and price is decent value .
