Please be informed that rooms with adjoining beds for children who are residing in the same room with parents are subject to the compulsory shuttle boat and extra breakfast fee which is to be paid directly at the resort. Please note that all resorts located at Khao Laem Ya Mu Koh Samet National Park are subjected to admission fee. The selling rates at Agoda.com are inclusive of the admission fee. Please note that guests are not permitted to choose 31 December as the departure date. Our complimentary breakfast at Samed Club, Baan Ploy and Baan Supparod is a breakfast set (not buffet). Starting November 1, 2017, all guests must pay the admission fee of THB 200 per adult per visit and THB 100 per child per visit in cash upon check-in at the property due to rules and regulations of Royal Forest Department of Thailand. The credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in. The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation. If guest presented a credit card that is not used to make payment at the time of the booking, the property will cancel the transaction on the credit card used when booking and put the charge on the presented credit card. To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged. The roundtrip shuttle boat transfer schedule is as follows: From AO PRAO PIER (old name-Seree Ban Phe Pier) : 11:00 AM, 01:30 PM and 04:00 PM From the property: 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 03:00 PM Guests are required to arrive at the pier 30 minutes before departure. Guests who miss the shuttle boat transfer can arrange for a private speed boat transfer at an additional charge, payable upon check-in. **There will be a refurbishment project at Baan Supparod from 8 March - 30 June 2019 inclusive. We regret to inform you that some parts of the accommodation area will not be available within the above periods as we have to close down this area for refurbishment. Some parts of Garden View and Seaside Cottage will be closed. Minor disturbances can be expected from time to time but the work will be carried out during the daytime and some soft noise may happen during the day. We will try our best to minimize the noise during the process.Our hotel facilities such as restaurants and other hotel services and facilities will operate as normal.
