Nhân viên đẹp, tất cả các phòng ban phòng rất tốt (rất thực sự) rộng rãi. Khách sạn bãi biển là khách sạn sạch sẽ và thanh bình, yêu thích nhất là hồ bơi. Tôi thích độ rộng của hồ bơi và mặt sau của hồ bơi. Nếu có cơ hội trở lại sân khấu một lần nữa.

My stay at Golden Beach Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi, was absolutely fantastic! The location right on the beach is a dream, and my villa-style room with a sea view was just stunning – so comfy and beautifully set up. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the whole resort felt like a tropical oasis with top-notch facilities. The only tiny thing? If they could trim the trees in front of some buildings (if allowed), the ocean view would be even more breathtaking. But honestly, it’s near perfection as is. Clear recommendation

The resort was beautiful, and our room was beautiful and spotless. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The pools were clean and in a lovely setting. The hotel was a short walk to all the action, but very quiet and away from the hustle bustle. It was also close but not too close to the Monkey Trail, which was fun.

Et liten og koselig hotell som ligger i nærheten av stranden.Vi bodde i 2. etasje som var uten heis. Rommet var greit, men aircondition var veldig bråkete og wifi var veldig treigt. Ble ofte frakoblet. Frokostbuffet var ok, men kunne være mer utvalgt.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and the best location in Ao Nang.
As other guests writes, the beds are very hard and close to uncomfortable. Should have a thicker top mattress and problem would be solved.
That the only claim I have, all other things works.

Bad staff in reception mumbling and gave us no feeling of beeing welcomed. Pool only open until 6pm. Towels must be back before 8pm.
Decent breakfast. Dusty shells in room. Bad service at restaurant x 3.
Old damage furniture in room.
We stayed here before and like it but this time it was really not good service.

Customer service was not the best the manager who we had to deal with was like the smiling Assisn . Our issue live around the bathroom ate away at my clothes and they dealt with this issue with 1000 baht my clothes were worth over 50 gbp . Was so gross hotel is tired , reception staff. Not that friendly will say pool bar boys were amazing names niom all very friendly

Well located hotel by the beach with nice resort and pool. Rooms were good - the beds were very hard/firm, but we told reception and they added a mattress topper to the bed, which made it significantly better (should have requested on first night).

Fint lugnt hotell med bra läge vid stranden, shopping och restauranger. Fin och stor pool.
Negativt var att det var extremt dåligt wifi, det gick inte ens att se på Tv då det laggade hela tiden.
Stenhårda sängar och kuddar vilket var lite av en plåga varje natt.

My husband and I loved the location of this hotel right on the beachfront.
It is an older hotel but we quite liked this aspect of it. Our room was a good size and we had a lovely view of the pool with the mountains behind and we could also see the sea. The pool was great. Nice and big and always warm. The staff were always cleaning the toilets and the communal areas. Some of the pool towels were a bit tatty and could do with being replaced. We always managed to get a sun lounger as people come and go.
It was a lovely setting to have breakfast which was decent. You can always have fresh omelettes/poached eggs etc made for you. We did have lunch in the restaurant one lunchtime but it wasn't great.
The staff don't have a lot of English but they were all friendly and helpful.
It has previously been mentioned that a deposit of 3000 baht had to be paid in cash, but this wasn't the case. A credit card hold was taken.
All in all, we spent a lovely week here. The location of this hotel is perfect, nice and quiet but not far to walk to the bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and i would stay here again.

Well, our check in didn’t go to plan due to a mix up between the hotel and Expedia. Nevertheless, the manager went above and beyond to rectify this and even upgraded our booking to include breakfast as a thank you.
Now, without boring anyone, it’s on the beach and easy access to everywhere and everything. This is where u want to stay if you’re in Ao Nang (Krabi).
