Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Soi Soonvijai, an IHG Hotel

Property is convenient and safe. I would highly recommend it.

As usual, the staff was phenomenal! I was greeted as a return customer with the same warm smiles and great attitudes as my initial visit. The only complaint I have, is that the view from room 428 is less than desirable. As I was only staying 2 nights, I didn't request a room change.

Excellent staff and hotel. We always stay here as it is well situated for consultation at Bangkok International Hospital. The staff are exceptional and make it a pleasure to stay here.

部屋は１人には広く快適に過ごせました。 スタッフは挨拶もしっかりしていて チェックインの時の女性は日本語で 説明して良かったです。 ロビーも快適ですが蚊がいたので 刺されないよう気をつけないといけないです。 駅までの送迎サービスありますが 時間帯があるので早朝などは アクセスは国鉄駅が徒歩圏ですが本数少ないのと МＲT駅は離れているのでタクシー利用が良いです。 帰りの時間帯で大通りの渋滞があるので モーターサイが便利でした。 朝食も種類があり美味しく頂けました。 滞在拠点として良かったです。

The staff at this Holiday Inn Express spoke English and Chinese. Very professional and courteous staff. One of the best hotel staff that I’ve encountered.

My stay was very enjoyable even though it was just for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.

This hotel is the absolute best choice if you have appointments at the Bangkok Hospital. It is a one minute walk from the nearest building and very affordable. The facilities are exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express property. The building is either newly constructed or newly remodeled. Everything appears less than 5 years old. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a daily breakfast option (recommended) from 6:30a-10:30a with too many options to list. The hotel restaurant has a menu full of variety as well, and is available thru room service also. Nightly 2 for 1 specials are available during happy hour. (5:30p-7:30p) There are several "cocktail" or "mocktail" options as well as chicken options at the street side bar attached to the hotel. There are also street food vendors and restaurants located between the hotel and hospital. There is a 7 Eleven and a Starbucks across the street. The fitness center is located on the second floor, where there are several other meeting areas available for use. The fitness center is available 24-hours and has dumbbells up to 25kg. There are 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and one stationary bike. There is a beautiful rooftop seating area on the 8th floor with semi private cabanas and restrooms. The rooms have key card access and are not quite soundproof, but the guests during my stay were not loud. If you have guests that are loud, this may be an issue.

Situated right near the hospital. Not for tourists, very small hotel, not much on the breakfast menu, made me feel unwell almost everyday. Nothing to see and enjoy around ,everything is far

Overall the hotel was good but the fridge was too small to accommodate moderate amount of stuff/food/drinks. There was no matter what microwave in the room, this is really very inconvenient.

Good hotel just close to the hospital and most of the people staying were older. So that was the only downside if you can call it that.

This property is near Bangkok Hospital..However not apt of the staff speaks English.. I was there 14 days the staff kept asking me me to scan with my phone and REVIEWS. They Halfway Cleaned room’s hallways had different pieces of furniture in the hallway couches and chairs tables moved in and out of the rooms to I guess make more room. people have wheelchairs in the hallway. They weren’t even closed up the butt to the wall. I have photographs. Some of the towels looked very old. They were afraid on the end they were quite clean. I have photographs to prove all of this. I felt you should know because I do think they need some more English speaking staff it would be helpful

The hotel was overall okay, but the room showed signs of wear and tear. However, the bathroom was unacceptable – mold in the shower and on the showerhead! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

E,cellant. Will come back. Good value. Continental breakfast usually means toast and coffee. Not here. Its the full deal.
