Good service

Loved this place! Central- walking distance to shops, clean, staff friendly and food great. Will definitely be back. Teenage daughter also loved the pool and activities.

Great for kids. The staff are absolutely fabulous with kids and the activities are fantastic. Kob, Wee and Champion thank you. The only downside is the cost of food and drinks. We travelled a few weeks in Thailand so we knew resort prices. Sorry but it was beyond a joke. Apart from that we had a great time and if you have kids it great

For the price the property and service were incredible. We could check in early and out a little late. It was walkable to the beach but through an area under construction currently. Heavily Russian tourist area. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Kids bedding was shabby and the fridge was not very cold but the “popsicle phone” by the pool and the slide made up for it! Was quiet and cool enough in the rooms. For the price I would definitely stay here again if I needed a short stay in Phuket.

This property was located in the best area to access the IconSiam mall and access to the boats.

This property was nothing like the pictures! False advertisement is illegal! The property was dirty, mold in the bathrooms, floors were stained and not well kept at all, old and rundown. Giant roaches were everywhere on the first floor and near the pool. Pool was disgusting. The pool slides were old and not in use. I walked into the room and thought I walked into the wrong room. There were rundown faded princes blankets on the couch. TV’s were on and the room had a connecting door that did not even lock properly. Very disappointed!! I did not stay I checked right out and they would not even refund me. I took my chances and headed to Patong to look for a room there. Luckily I was able to find availability at a much nicer place for half the price!

The breakfast was the worst out of all the places we stayed in Thailand!

old hotel, that need refurbisment. well situated close to town and beach. 90% russians.

Ett hotell som är utpräglat & riktar sig i första hand till barnfamiljer. Hotellets priser på mat, glass & dryck i samma nivå som svenska priser, vilket resulterade i att vi valde oss att främst söka oss till närliggande lokala restauranger. Närheten till Surin Beach & Laem Singh Beach är ett stort plus. Vi hade ett fint rum på bottenplan med väldigt bra solläge och närhet till poolen som gjorde vistelsen på hotellet riktigt bra.

A family friendly hotel with very well suited pools for children (shallow water) and water slides our kids enjoyed very much. Inner yard was nice with lots of trees and green, but limited space for playing games or other activities. Baby sitting at the kids club (from 3 years onwards) was a really positive surprise and older kids enjoyed the Hideout with its Playstation 4 consoles and table soccer. Our group stayed in 6 different rooms of which all but one required repairs and maintenance as we checked in (glogged sinks and toilets, broken fixed furniture, burned light bulps), which were fixed during the same day after couple of calls to the reception. Breakfast buffet had lots of stock outs and required a lot of waiting in the beginning, but after we managed to get the restaurant manager to see the situation himself, it was substantially improved. Service in the restaurants and bars was always friendly and always slow. Free meals and drinks for kids when parents eat was great! There is a short walk to the Surin Beach through construction site and small shops around the corner.

The hotel was great, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Taxi rank opposite was a great help! We preferred the rests shops and nightlife in Kamala which was only a 300bht ride. My only complaint is the beds, they felt damp and are lumpy.

Close to the beach and restaurants, amazing location.

Wonderfull stay, very good breakfast buffet. The staff was so Nice and friendly towards our kids. The hotel has a newly renovated restaurant, fitness room, movie theatre, teenage gaming room, beautiful landscape, and clean and simple Roms. However the pool needs renovation!!!

Overpriced. The lobby and service was great, the rest was a medium budget mediocre family resort, at a price that usually gets you something much nicer in Thailand. The room was advertised as 56m2, but was app. 30m2, all photos was taken with wide angle, making the place look bigger than it was, the architecture, quality and atmosphere just felt kinda crappy-budget family resort (that usually cost 50% of the 350 euros per night for 4 persons, that we paid). The staff was fine though and we simply stayed away from the resort most of the day, to avoid becoming depressed. If you like screaming kids, vending machines, noisy pools, small rooms, concrete hallways and borings buffets, and dont mind it being overpriced, then it might be fine.

Broken doors almost falling apart, uncooperative staff, broken Tv, broken beds, missing matress in the bunk beds, bidet not working. Inspite of us booking two rooms and traveling as a family first night they put in two different blocks of the resort.Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for much better service.They put us in 4th floor with a broken elevator and someone in our group had knee problems who faced a lot of difficultly going up and down. If you complain to the staff they said we can't do anything .They were rationing towels and toiletries saying we have too many guests so why should we pay and not get facilities, sadly our relaxing vacation turned out to be a very tiring one going back and forth with management with little help.
