The staff are very nice and friendly. The room was not clean properly. Good restaurant on site. Lovely beach right in front of hotel property

We loved our stay at the Idyllic and would highly recommend it. Excellent breakfast, lovely room and great views from the beachside pool and the beach itself. However, the absolute highlight was dinner on the beach at night in the hotel's restaurant...beautiful ambiance and some of the best food we have had in Thailand!

Tolles Resort am schönsten Strand auf Koh Lipe. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal, tolle, gepflegte Anlage, gutes Frühstück- wir waren rundum zufrieden, waren 5 Nächte dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Fantastic room, great beach and pool. The breakfast was amazing and the staff too! Enjoyed our trip to the fullest.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering its price point. The rooms were decent, and the beach was lovely, but that’s about where the positive aspects end. The breakfast buffet was incredibly underwhelming, lacking basic items such as cheeses and nuts, which are standard in many lower-tier hotels. Upon checkout, there was an unexpected commotion in the lobby, which turned out to be related to a missing pair of disposable slippers. While those slippers cost no more than 50 cents, they were being treated as they were a significant issue. Those slippers, which cost maybe 40 cents, were something I had used and taken, assuming they were a standard disposable item. When I returned them, I was told that they reuse them!! Reusing slippers that have been worn by other guests, potentially harboring bacteria and fungus, is not only unhygienic but completely unacceptable, especially for a 4-star hotel. These slippers can't be washed because they'll be ruined. I work in hotel amenities supply and i know that for a fact. Yuck!!! For a four-star hotel charging $300 a night, it is deeply troubling that such a commotion would arise over a a 40 cent disposable item, especially given the potential health risks involved. This lack of basic hygiene is inexcusable.Given these issues, I can’t help but feel deeply disappointed, and I honestly cannot recommend it. I’m rating it 1 star, as I truly feel let down.

Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Wir haben in der Sea View Garden Cabana übernachtet. Das Bungalow war winzig klein für zwei Menschen. Das Wasser hat furchtbar gestunken, am Ende des Aufenhaltes hatten wir leider Magen-Darm. Das Bad ist nicht richtig sauber. Am zweiten Abend ist unsere Klimaanlage ausgefallen, ein „Techniker“ kam abends noch vorbei und meinte das sei normal. Würde gleich wieder gehen. Wir haben die Nacht über in einem Ultra heißen Zimmer übernachtet. Am nächsten Tag nach erneuter Beschwerde wurde die Klimaanlage einen GANZEN Tag repariert. Es wurde sich weder entschuldigt für die Unannehmlichkeiten noch wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Leider viel zu teures Hotel für diesen Service. Der Strand ist schön aber leider stören die Longtail Boote die so gut wie den ganzen Tag anlegen und abfahren. Die Getränkepreise sind übertrieben, auf jede Bestellung kommt noch eine Gebühr sowie Steuern oben drauf.

Very nice hotel, staff were also really nice and friendly. Room was fairly basic but clean and tidy, floor seemed a little grubby though. Overall very nice, however I feel a bit over priced for what it is

🇩🇰 Meget flot hotel på stranden, flot morgenmadsbuffet- flotte og rene pools. Sødt og hjælpsom personale - flot strand. Mange liggestole og parasoller - en del aktiviteter. Et minus - mange trapper i hotel området egner sig derfor ikke til gangbesværede. 5 overnatninger.

O hotel ficou de nos buscar no Pier na nossa chegada. Eles confirmaram por email. Quando chegamos não havia ninguém. Tivemos que esperar mais de meia hora para que aparecessem. O Hotel é bom, novo, mas com instalaçoes que precisam de manutenção. As acomodações que estão mais proximas à praia apresentam aparencia boa e acesso limpo, mas a nossa que era em cima com banheira, o corredor de acesso estava imundo todod os 5 dias da nossa estadia- nunca foi lavado. Falta limpeza . Eles limpam somente onde tem grande pasaagem e os quartos superiores o acesso dos corredores parecia que não limpavam a mais de meses. Imundo. Mesmo o piso do quarto necessita de maia capricho na limpeza. Tivemos uma outra experiência ruim ao irmos embora, o transfer do hotel nos deixou em pier errado e como estavamos com muitas bagagens quase perdemos o barco por esta desorganização deles. Um hotel como este não pode haver este tipo de erros. O hotel necessita manutenção. Aparentemente é bonito, mas a porta de correr do terraço do quarto as travas não fecham e não encaixam, a porta do box do chuveiro não veda, e ao tomar banho o banheiro alaga. A equipe de funcionários é muito simpatica e atenciosa. Achei o valor alto para o tipo de acomodação. Poderia ser melhor. Não tem bom custo x benefício. A praia em frente ao hotel é bonita mS é lotada e quando a maré enche o que resta é a piscina. O visual do hotel impressiona mas não tem bom custo x benefício

The jacuzzi suite is by far the best . Stayed 2 times and the the 3rd time I managed to book a newly renovated room just above the reception on the 3rd floor. Room was nice but the stairs….to breakfast and back was torturing. Too many steps . Always book the chalet on the beach.

Small beach with lots of garbage. Area around hotel is very dirty with garbage. Lots of construction. Too many steps. Property is narrow. Crowded beach. Corals are dead. Lame breakfast.

We spent hours looking for a hotel in Koh Lipe. We didn’t go wrong with our choice. During our time, we saw many other hotels on the island and this was by far the best. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re looking for great amenities, friendly staff, and a prime location.

Second time staying in the jacuzzi suite. Spacious, clean and bright. the only problems is the water pressure, to fill up the jacuzzi takes hours and lack of hot water.

Super service, hentet oss på Hat Yao flyplass, ordnet med speedbåt booking også til Koh Lipe. Hotellet har nydelig frokost med utsikt rett på stranden. Gode drinker, hyggelig betjening. Vi bodde i cabana garden bærer preg av å trenge litt vedlikehold selv om gode senger og deilig med 2dusjer bla utedusj. Vi ville nok likevel bodd på pattaya beach, da slipper man taxi sykkel hver gang vi skulle inn til sentrum.

Bella struttura, ben tenuta, direttamente sulla spiaggia Sunrise beach, decisamente più bella della Pattaya beach. Ottima la spa: menzione speciale per la signora Thun, bravissima e molto professionale per i massaggi Si trova in posizione un po’ defilata e per raggiungerla si deve percorrere una stradina in salita e poi in discesa non molto bella. Se la marea è bassa si può passare invece dalla spiaggia (ma passando per il resort vicino); alla sera però durante il mio soggiorno la spiaggia scompariva completamente e quindi era spesso impossibile. Da notare che la struttura ha la reception principale in alto e per raggiungere la sala colazione e la spiaggia c’è una lunga scala, che potrebbe essere un problema per anziani o persone con problemi di mobilità. È comunque una bellissima struttura immersa in un giardino tropicale
