InterContinental Hotels PHUKET RESORT, an IHG Hotel

Noget af de lækreste vi har boet på. Et stort hotel, vi havde room 5104, med dejlig pool direkte fra terrassen. Meget privat til nogle få værelser. Skøn strand hvor Pine restauranten lå. Cozy stemning med musik til afternoon drinken. Vi besøgte Hom restauranten som er helt unik i bygning og menu. Dyrt men en oplevelse.

Super beautiful hotel, excellent beach, excellent breakfast!

Not the most kid friendly place. I have previously book a resort in Krabi and spent $10k and stayed there for 5 days. When I came here I just booked a mediocre room. It felt like if you didn’t have a premium room here all the staff wanted to mention it. Not the best treatment if you don’t have a premium room. It’s just funny because overall this place isn’t even that top tier or expensive. The person who checked us in was great and some of the waitresses were very nice as well. However the vibe is off if you have children with you or if you didn’t book a premium room. The highlights of this place are the pools . Beach is not that great and the “Michelin” restaurant is not good at all food is a solid 6. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world and I’m not that picky but this place was not good. Overall this place is 6/10 for me and will probably not return. I hope to give you all and honest review so you can enjoy your vacation. This perspective is coming from an American dad with a 5 year old son.

Great location and beach was beautiful.

The food in Restaurant is great. Asking for a piece of bread for my wife’s red snapper prompted the reply that this will cost extra. We are not cheap but this is nothing I expect from a top Hotel

The lobby looks clean for being an older hotel. But outside of that are the property is outdated and not well kept. Room is outdated. There was stale smell in the room. I had to keep the door open the entire time. Luckily there is a balcony. Nice beach but have to walk across the street. But the tunnel is safe and convenient. The pine restaurant at the beach is excellent. U can walk along the beach to the town area which was nice.

Fantastic stay

Website shows a nice hotel on a beach but in reality, most guests stay in rooms located on the other side of a busy highway. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice but we didnt feel it was worth the money.

Amazing rooms and lovely staff! Everyone we interacted with was great. We also got a room upgrade at check in and it was much appreciated! Will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Phuket

A couple spending some much needed time-off in Thailand. Our stay the Intercontinental was Great from our arrival until our (unfortunate) departure. Great service, Great food and a customer service which exceeded our expectations. We also attended a lot of the complimentary morning activities (yoga, thai boxing, pilates etc) - and would recommend these to anyone staying here.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel and the rooms were super clean, the staff very friendly. Super clean beach with white sand, with beach loungers and towels. Multiple dining options on the beach and in the hotel.

Service across the board was great. We love Franky! Breakfast buffet was good. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the drinks were very weak pours. Nowhere close to the standard 44ml (1 1/2 oz) so the drinks all taste like mocktails.

Wunderschönes modernes Resort. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Hotel ist noch sehr neuwertig und die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und bis in das letzte Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist zentral am Kamala Beach. Es wird ein überaus gutes Frühstücksbuffet geboten mit einer großen Auswahl sowohl an asiatischen als auch europäischen Frühstück. Es gibt einige Restaurants im Hotel mit einer großen Auswahl. Jedoch empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in den Restaurants nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Speisen waren wirklich sehr gut aber zu teuer. Daher empfehlen wir auswärts zu essen. Das Personal war vor allem beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered. We have been staying in many luxurious resorts, but the IHG Phuket is the new watermark for comfort and convenience. A big thank you to the resort team, you have exceeded all expectations!
