Great stay with girlfriend made welcome

Katesiree house is an amazing little hotel for the price! Staff were very friendly and service to the modern fitted rooms was on a daily basis. I have stayed at Katsiree house three times now and will be back again based on my enjoyable stay, the coffee and beer at hand from its bar area down stairs and the fact its bang smack right in the middle area of everything you need from bath buses, cafe's, sports bars, shopping centers, night markets and walking street makes this little gem of a hotel is the ideal hotel to stay!

Good value for money. Clean room. Noise from the street till late.

I was very happy with my stay until it was time for me to check out. I needed a very early check out (6am) and was having a friend who was traveling with me come over (3am) so that we could travel together to the airport. I informed the receptionist of my arrangement and that when my friend arrived to please send her straight up to my room and received a very short and rude reply from her saying that she didn’t want to be bothered with any details, so instead of getting a few extra minutes of shuteye, I was forced to set my alarm for an extra wake up call for 3am in anticipation of of her arrival, get dressed and wait for her to arrive and then return to my room, reset the alarm and try to go back to sleep in order to be on time for my taxi to the airport. Not only did this cost me precious time and sleep , but spoiled my mood for what should have been a happy occasion

The air-con in the 1st room was broken and we were moved, can't say that the 2nd room was much cooler but appreciated the gesture. Great location for those who enjoy the Thai nightlife.

エアコン、シャワー、WiFiは快適です。ドライヤー、エレベーターはありません。建物は若干古いですが位置的に便利ですので普通に快適です。

Hotel staff demanded 300 baht because they claimed the pillow cover wasn't clean. Bad area - hotel was inside a loud bar. You could hear music all night even at the top floor. Room wasn't cleaned properly. There was still trash from previous occupants.

ソイ ブッカオの真ん中あたりにあり、周りは、タイマッサージ、食堂・レストラン、両替などなど便利なところです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで雰囲気はいいです。 建物は古いですが、清潔感はあり、シャワーもしっかりと水圧がありますので、安心して泊まれます。

Excellent value for money, clean, safe. I will stay again however the stay was darkened by some of the rudest miserable staff I have ever met.

一泊だけの滞在でしたが5Fの部屋。ここはエレベーターがないので大きな荷物は移動が大変です。ドライヤーがありません。値段が安いのでまた宿泊します。

LKの真裏で遊びに行くのには最適。 道路向かいには安い食堂があり便利。 セカンドロードまで徒歩で出ればソンテウあり！ コンビニも徒歩1分となんでもあります。 部屋は普通に問題なし。 階段しかありませんがエクササイズとしてとらえればなんともありません。

ここは本当に日本人には穴場なゲストハウスですね。 ウォーキングストリートまで１００バーツ払えばモーター歳もニコニコして裏道で行ってくれるし、jfも取られないし。ただエスカなしでの階段5階は結構呑んだくれた後には聴いた。 嬢も若干顔がひきづってた(^｡^) でもそこさえ気にならなければ１かげつくらい止まっても寝るだけならマイペンライト。 次もパタヤで夜遊びならここかな。

war mit der Lage und dem Zustand des Zimmers zufrieden ,es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt ,neue Handtücher und Bett neu bezogen , was will man mehr !

Else ok. Little noisy. And no working wifi during the day.

フロントのサービスは、素っ気ないけど、頼んだ事はやってくれます。 部屋も、このランクのゲストハウスでは、良いと思います。 飲み歩きには、最高です。 旅なれた人向きですね。

5th floor without elevator...not a hotel but a bar with rooms...
