Staff was helpful, with big smile when understanding was difficult. Room very clean, some electrical problems causing difficulties with power regarding batteries of ipad and so. It may be something to take care in the future because this can provoke short cuts…

Der Empfang und Personal ist sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend, das war es auch schon. Leider ist die ganze Anlage in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sollten mal renoviert werden. Kann sein, das es schönere Zimmer gibt, aber alles ist ziemlich gebraucht. Das Bett ist viel zu hart und keine richtige Matratze. Das Restaurant bietet große Auswahl, aber wir haben schon viel besseres Thai Essen bekommen. In der Nähe ist nichts und ein Roller/Auto ist empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist sehr gut und schön.

Très joli hôtel situé à quelques minutes de voiture du centre de Lampang et constitué de « cabanes » intelligemment intégrées dans la végétation. Nous avions une chambre sur pilotis au bord de l’eau et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour sur place, c’était très relaxant. Jolie piscine, mais peu de transat à disposition et pas de parasol, ce qui ne nous a pas gêné car il y avait peu de monde lorsque nous y étions mais peut à mon avis vite poser problème si une douzaine de personnes se retrouvent à la piscine en même temps. Petit-déjeuner ok mais sans plus. Je recommande

Zimmer war ein Traum. Alles sauber, nicht angewöhnt. Alles hat funktioniert sehr schön der alte Park mit altem Baum 🌲 und Pflanzenbestand Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Personal freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit und auch in english ansprechbar. Anlage sollte aber nicht zu sehr erweitert werden. Es zählt Klasse statt Masse.

Amazing little retreat with very friendly staff. Beautiful property. Very peaceful and serene. The breakfast is absolutely amazing.

The property is beautiful and the front desk staff were extremely professional and helpful. The only thing I saw that needs a lot of work is the restaurant, the food on its best day was mediocre.

Le cadre est magnifique et le parc extrêmement bien entretenu. La piscine de 20m de long est parfaite pour nager. Nous avons trouvé l’accueil à la réception plutôt moyen tandis que le personnel d’entretien et du petit déjeuner était adorable. Le restaurant dit « gastro » n’en n’est pas un. Mieux vaut aller dîner en ville. Je conseille « aroy one baht » resto typique thaï à prix thaï.

Very charming and peaceful northern Thai style lodges built around a lotus pond and next to the Wang River. Very comfortable, except the beds, which are a bit too firm. On-site dinner and breakfast are well done.

Super Lage, es hat alles gepasst

Relaxing place with nice pool. It is far from Lampang but can get a taxi in. There was some construction in the low season (July) and walkways could do with an upgrade but overall a nice place to relax. Other than the pool not too much to do at the resort other than relax. Interesting wildlife, turkey like birds, roamed the peaceful grounds.

I reserved a Lanna Superior room with a King Bed two weeks before I arrived. At that time, a total of 4 rooms were shown as available. I notified the property I would be arriving late. When I arrived, I was put in a room with two twin beds. When I stated I had reserved a King bed, they simply moved two twin beds together in the room. at 189 cm and 100 kg, a twin bed is too small for me. The bedframe creaked all night, and there was a 5-6 cm gap between the beds, making it impossible to lay next to my GF. So, instead of upgrading me to a room that had a King Bed, they downgraded my accommodation. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! The next morning, I spoke with the property manager; they moved me to a better room, but I had already spent a sleepless night, and my trip was ruined - too tired to do what I had planned the following day. Though this is a lovely place, the management does not comprehend the issue. They rented more rooms than they had available for my type of room, and instead of equal to/better than change, downgraded my room. No commitment to change the policy, train the staff, do anything different. When I discussed this with the property manager, it went nowhere - waste of time and breath. I cannot recommend staying here for this reason.
