Mai Samui Beach Resort and Spa

The bathroom was beautiful. One of my favourite resorts.

The place maybe needs some renovations . It’s a bit old .

Kurztrip im August, Nebensaison sehr günstig. Tolle Anlage. Haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert.

A peaceful, stunning getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This place is a mist for those seeking quiet and calm.

Everything is good except. The internet is terrible, the water pressure in taps and shower is not good, and the hotel is far from the city.

Rigtigt fint hotel, gode til børn, legeområde til børn. Fin pool, god mad, god morgenbuffet. Personalet var rigtig behaglige og hjalp. Rengøringen var også helt i orden.

This property was very unique, and had a very cool Eco vibe to it. It was located on the beach and the rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. The only downside to this property is that there's nothing else really around it. You would have to take a taxi to get into town to access other restaurants. This didn't really matter too much though, as you can eat at one or two restaurants at the hotel.

Service and cleaning could be way better. Gym was in very bad condition. Our room often smelled funky. Didn’t event use the pool, felt like it was dirty. There where two different, but felt more like it was for decoration that for people to use. The whole hotel felt like a ghost hotel, maybe it’s low season now beginning of April but wouldn’t stay again. It has a lot of potential and maybe Mrs different in high season. The plus was the restaurant - cozy, affordable and good food.

The rooms were a bit “dark” to my taste, but I have enjoyed spending some time in this hotel, relaxing and charging my batteries

Overall the Resort is very good, quite area, Staff and services are superb, the employees are always gentle and kind, they help in exceptional ways, the shuttle bus driver is a very nice and helpful person. Breakfast was ok but missing decaffeinated coffee and soy milk or others vegetable milk and not many choices for vegetarian people. The resort is quite far from Chewang area but that is totally fine because the area is very beautiful and the resort offers the free shuttle bus many times during the day. For sure a Resort in Koh Samui that I recommend.

Nice beach front hotels it is a bit far from restaurants and shops

Un hôtel éloigné des sites touristiques. Au calme, la chambre était spacieuse. Le personnel très jeune, très souriant mais trop léger dans le service à la clientèle. L’hôtel manque d’animations. Le restaurant est cher et moyen. La plage n’est pas belle. Les piscines de l’hôtel sont agréables.

Pro: Insgesamt ein top Hotel! Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer und luxuriöse Hotelanlage. Contra: laute Klimaanlage

Vi hadde forhåndsbestilt halvpensjon. Mat til middag svarte ikke til forventningene. Bare Thaimat å velge i og den var ikke spesielt bra. Manglende serverings kunnskap hos personalet. Vi ville ikke ha bestilt halvpensjon en gang til. Frokosten var utmerket.

Ungt, og meget uerfarent personale. Slidt hotel. Køkkenet er meget langsomt, og lavede mange fejl.

At first glance, hotel is beautiful and very scenic. But totally reliant on weather. I am shocked this has been given a 5 star rating, I wouldn’t even give it a 3. The pools are outstanding, unfortunately we came in a rainy season, no people here, no staff and a very bland atmosphere. Heavy rain created leaks in our room. Not properly cleaned, allot of ants in our room around the dressing table and over the kettle. A very dark, dated room, not allot of lighting so difficult to get ready at night with no natural light from outside. Smelt of damp, most likely due to leaks. Fine dining restaurant massively overpriced and staffed by one person. No music or atmosphere. Please be aware this hotel is very remote and will need to order a grab or drive to even a shop or bar / restaurant, taxis are expensive. 45 minutes away from the bigger tourist areas. We left 2 days early and booked another hotel in chaweng, which was a 3 star and much cleaner than this 5 star, also it is closer to night life and amenities. When we checked out, the staff didn’t even ask why we were checking out early or ask how our stay was, just gave us a form to fill out which they thew in a folder and put under the desk. This hotel is great if the weather is nice otherwise not allot you can do.
