Lovely property with very clean areas but staff approach seems very slack Bar staff and restaurant need to be a bit more pleasant and warming but seem just to do their job! Rooms lovely bath towels remind me of the ones you get in a Blackpool hotel very thin and dirty

⸻ 1 Stern – Nie wieder. Ein 40. Geburtstag, den ich mir anders vorgestellt habe. Schon die Ankunft war enttäuschend. Wir kamen mit dem Longtail-Boot an und mussten den Transfer selbst organisieren, da das Hotel nichts anbietet. Am Strand angekommen: kein Personal, keine Hilfe – wir haben unser Gepäck selbst vom Boot ausgeladen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut unprofessionell. Der Check-in dauerte ewig, obwohl wir nach einer langen Reise völlig erschöpft waren. Das Personal am Empfang wirkte gestresst und unfreundlich. Keine Herzlichkeit, kein Willkommen-Gefühl. Am Empfang standen Blumen. Da Valentinstag war, nahm ich eine Rose – in der Annahme, es sei eine nette Geste für Gäste. Stattdessen rannte mir eine Mitarbeiterin hinterher und erklärte, diese sei kostenpflichtig. Eine einzelne Rose als Aufmerksamkeit für Gäste wäre für dieses Hotel mit Sicherheit tragbar gewesen. Es zeigt einfach die Haltung. Das Familienzimmer war gross, sauber und die Betten bequem – das war positiv. Leider roch es im Badezimmer immer wieder stark nach Kanalisation. Der Golfwagen-Service war gut – besonders Sükrü und Mr. Im waren die einzigen freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel. Der Rest des Personals war durchgehend unfreundlich, desinteressiert und wirkte, als würde man sie zur Arbeit zwingen. So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt. So make sure you do your research on this plade so you manage your expectations. The cabins are old and run down. Gaps around the windows and doors, NO HOT WATER in the sinks. This may not be a deal breaker but these places are not cheap so i definitely expected hot water to shave. Breakfast buffet is adequte, not spectacular but OK. Lots of variety and the staff very nice. Grounds well kept. Beach chairs are sifficient but hard on the back amd rear after a few hours (maybe that's an age thing on my end). I would not say don't stay there but definitely know whet you are getting for what you have paid. I did not feel good vakue for money. Walk to the right of the resort for a great little restaurant Chilli and Pepper just of the resort. A 2 minute walk off the resort. Great food and reasonable prices.

Amazing room, private pool was fabulous! All of the staff were so warm and welcoming. The beach and water were so great to spend time at. Would definitely recommend! The only negative we had was that there were a great number of ants on the deck and pool.

We saw pics of beachside rooms booked thru Expedia And paid $266 (in January for two) for what turned out to be mountaintop studio. I may have missed fine print initial ad and it was mountaintop in receipt. Breakfast was excellent staff friendly facilities room bed excellent and very nice beach. The staff told us that for another $266 A night i could have beach suites. I view this as deceptive advertising

My wife and I spent 10 wonderful days at Phi Phi Holiday Resort for our honeymoon, and it truly felt like a dream. The beautiful beach, peaceful surroundings, and warm atmosphere made every moment special. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the food was delicious. It was the perfect place to celebrate our love, and we will always cherish the memories from this stay.

Läget och stranden och utbud av bra barer och restauranger är perfekt för ett par dagar. Vi hade en bungalow precis vid stranden.

I will come back but they can improve on customer service communication. They made my exit and transport to the airport unnecessarily complicated

Property grounds were clean, fairly well maintained and beautiful to walk around the resort. Staff members were always friendly and helpful.

Really a dream hotel. Good communication and help with the ferry/ speed boat. Help with the luggage at the pier, they transfer it to the hotel. Really short walk to the resort. Good after a fully booked speed boat ride and you can directly walk without shoes at the beach. Perfect check in. Mega room( beach front) very clean nice bathroom with crazy bathtube view to the stunning beach! After problems with the door 2 min later somebody came to help! Sunrise in the morning fantastic, sunset at the sunset bar ( 2 min ride with the shuttle wich comes a minute after you call for it) fantastic sunset bar with infinity pool etc. Great breakfast. Fresh eggs all kinds of breakfast things good coffee. Everybody totally helpful. Calm beach. Only you could organize 10-20 more sun beds for the beach. Towels in room and for the beach super soft and big and new! I had a horror because I made the mistake in reading the negative reviews. But hey! Take the good room and you get good and excellent service! Next to the hotel Mini Markt and restaurants you can walk barefoot at the beach! What do you want more? Moskitos and flies… hey! We are on an island! And the Insekts where there bevor us!!! Take or buy repellent and everything ok. In the room are tablets for the anti Insekt sticker. We all use plastic and if everybody just pick on up and throw it in the next rubbish everything is ok. Everywhere where is tourism you have this problem. I saw in morning staff from the hotel cleaning the beach.
