Vi behövde plocka ut kackerlackor ur rummet varje dag. Man fick ej vatten eller städat rum. Vi lämnade ett dag tidigt för det kändes mer rimligt att låta natten brinna inne än att bo kvar. Bra träning att ta backen upp till hotellet i alla fall och AC:n var uppskattad.

В описании указано, что есть WiFi и бутилированная вода в номере,а по факту WiFi на стойке регистрации и в самих бунгало не берёт, бутылочек с водой не оказалось,при вопросе «почему?» у вас же в описании указано-сказали что данную услугу они не предоставляют, вода в душе затхлая и с коричневым оттенком

This was not a nice place to stay. It is more like a 20 minute walk from the pier up a steep hill! It was not clean, the beds didn't push together and the room has 3 singles when we booked a double. All the sheets had stains on them and only had 1 sheet and a thick blanket which was very dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, it was a wet room which was mouldy and dirty. The shower only worked on cold and didn't have a holder so you had to hold it to shower properly. The worse thing was the air conditioning which only worked for 1 hour at a time and then needed resetting so we was awake every hour too hot I would not recommend staying he of the night too ho! unless on a very tight budget and even then I would stay in a hostel instead!

Boendet ligger relativt långt ifrån piren och även upp för ett berg, vilket innebar många uppförsbackar för att komma till boendet. Om ni letar efter en prisvärd och enkel bungalow fungerar detta boendet. Varje bungalow hade en egen balkong. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

the guy running the bungalows was very nice & helpful with advice on what yours to take. will definetly stay again if i come back.

We didn’t actually end up staying at the place for our honeymoon as we spent an hour trying to find this place whiles it poured down with rain. The location on the hotels.com map was not where the place was and we had to walk up steal slopes for a further 20 minutes to find where it actually was. On arrival at this location we were not greeted by anyone, the place was deserted and there was no one to be seen for the half hour we waited there. I would highly recommend hotels.com to take this property off there website so no more people have to suffer this abysmal place.

Nice place for backpackers! - friendly staff, good bed, flushing toilet and good shower(!). However, it is as far away from center as you can get, and a bit steep/long walk to get there. Was not a problem for us but if you come to Phi Phi to party hard, perhaps a hotel closer to the center is better(?) We enjoyed our stay and our expectations for a clean bed, A/C, good bathroom and quiet surroundings were met. WiFi was also good. Seriously good value for money. PS. We were there in low/rainy season.

Great staff! Bungalows in the middle of the jungle (with its pros and cons). Not an easy access. Very clean (the bathroom are not great though, just like anywhere else in Thailand)

The guys who own this property are very kind will carry your bags up for you and it’s actually in the jungles.

Liten promenad från centrum, men mysigt ställe med trevlig personal och bra rum

Le personnel est super, le soir je dinais avec eux, du coup j’ai mangé typique thaï mais typique, ils sont très disponibles et aux petits soins, ils ont une solution à tout et de manière efficace et pas pour attendre un tips. Je recommande vivement ! J’ai booké mes excursions direct de l´hotel, parfait, ils sont de très bons conseils.

Very friendly staff and definitely a place to stay for the adventurous. I loved the feeling of being disconnected in a more wild setting than the typical busy streets of Phi Phi

Really disappointing experience. Reception guy was sleeping and always hard to find, my room wasn't ready, I had to ask for help with my bags after walking 30 mins (located far from the pier) under the sun, and hesitant to help. Water went out one day. Very weak wi-fi. Owners seem to be locals that don't know how to run this type of business. Nothing in the room, just a towel. I had to ask for a fan (suppose to be included) and took a while to receive it. Not a good experience at all..

Från första anblicken var detta en stor besvikelse. Vi hade stort problem att hitta dit då det inte fanns någon anvisning någonstans. När vi äntligen kom dit möttes vi av en makaber figur som inte verkade veta något om någonting. Vi fick till slut nyckeln och gick in och duschade svettiga som vi var efter den långa branta stigningen. En råtta tittade fram bakom skyddet för avloppsröret under tvättstället. Det var rent livsfarligt att gå på de söndriga spånskivorna de provisoriskt hade lagt ut. Vill inte tänka på vad som hänt om man hade trampar igenom ytterligare. Värst var att det såg ut som en soptipp både på ”hotellet” och hela vägen dit upp och avloppsstanken från alla närliggande hotell och bostäder som rann ut nedanför i bukten. Man mådde riktigt illa. Då hade vi fått nog och reste tillbaka till Krabi med sista färjan. Systemet med ej återbetalning förstår vi, för det ser ju trevligt ut på bilderna men stanken står det inget om. En annan gäst från Kanada kom och ville inte heller stanna. Där vill man absolut inte bo och rekommenderar verkligen Hotels.com att ta bort det.

Scammed on the address, address advertised different than the actual one which was way farther. The hotel is at a 20min hike up hill. You better not have a heavy backpack or you won't make it. It is the last of the very last habitation, after where the locals live. It would have been nice to think that you would hike that much and be scammed but have a nice view but there is none. And on top of that it was expensive and rooms were not even nice.

Für den Preis waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Besitzerin war super freundlich. Man höhrt zwar die Musik. Anstieg ist steil aber machbar. Totales Jugelfeeling am Tag über. Haben es sehr genossen. Im Vergleich zu dem troubel im Dorf. Es ist s sauber. Unser klo war zwar mal verstopft wurde aber gleich gereinigt. Bewerte reltiv wenig Hotels. Aber ich finde das Hotel wird schlechter dargestellt alles es ist. Die Klima war auch Top. War ein tolles Erlebnis in einer bambushütte zu schlafen. Wir hatten bedenken das Tier rein kommen oder moskitos kommen. Aber wir hatten nichts dergleichen .
