Simple Life Resort

Poorly maintained. Torn sheets, broken tiles, water leaks including mushrooms growing out of wood. Room was not cleaned in 3 days, so ants everywhere.

Very noisy area - cleaning of room was not the best. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was on a very low level.

It wasn’t clean at all

The wifi was non-existing and when raising the issue, the staff told us to go out on the balcony and maybe reach our arm to get signal 🙃 The place has definitely seen better days, however the location is great while still being quiet.

Séjour agréable dans un petit hôtel 3 étoiles. Personnel sympathique et souriant mais état général moyen de l’hôtel La chambre 1306 est parfaite belle vue et une des moins délabrées. Vieux draps et serviettes mais lavés tous les jours. Proche de tout emplacement idéal pour aller voir un magnifique couché de soleil 🌞

This hotel is in a great area full of restaurants and small shops and walking distance to the beach. The staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful The breakfast is off the menu and is very good. Stayed 4 nights and would stay here again

Very nice hotel , older but big room and nice having a swimming pool. Also there is a great restaurant attached to hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

ダイビングのため3泊宿泊。コンビニ、飲食店が近く利便性が良い。 設備は古いですが、リフォーム、清掃により清潔感は保たれていました。 朝食時間が7時30分からと遅いですが、毎朝、サンドイッチを用意してもらいました。 タオにダイビングする時には、また利用します。

erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti plussaa, lähellä kaikkea. Rauhallinen uima-allas, usein sai olla aivan yksin. Aamupala ihan OK.

Simply put there are too many other options to consider on this island before you stay here. Location A+ ...and bathroom was very nice. I could list the negatives for days but I just recommend you stay elsewhere

Hotellet har ett hälsovådligt mögelproblem i madrasserna och jag är astmatiker. Vi försökte få hjälp och kvinnan i reception svepte in madrassen i ett nytvättat täcke. Bytte alla kuddar och lakan men efter 10 timmar var allt kontaminerat igen. Vi försökte i två nätter men kunde inte bo kvar av hälsoskäl. Hotellets manager tyckte inte att vi kunde bli kompenserade flr de nätter vi inte kunde bo kvar för att det var högsäsong!? Hotellet är i så dåligt skick att det är en säkerhetsrisk att bo där, både av hälsoskäl men även totalt. Ex är brandsläckarna i trappen helt rostiga och har inte kontrollerats på över 20 år! Poolen är så smutsig att det svårt att se botten. Bilderna på hotels.com måste vara minst 15 år gamla. Gården är i princip igenväxt. Hotellet är inte 3-stjärnigt. Det är på sin höjd 2-stjärnigt. Ni borde inte ha dem i ert utbud.

サイリー地区の中心にあり、食事には困らない。かと言って夜中まで騒々しく眠れないということもありません。清掃も行き届いていて快適です。ただ、この島全体の問題で、真水不足というのがあり、シャワーの水量は日本人が期待するレベルにはありません。しかし、それは小さな島について回る問題、泣き所ということで納得できます。でも温かいお湯はきちんと出ます。ロンプラヤーのフェリーが着くメ―ハードのピアまでの送迎付きです。初めてタオ島へ行く方は、船を降りるとすぐ、「タクシー！タクシー！」と声をかけられますが、船を降りピアを渡った左側の待合所に各ホテルのブースがあり、そこでここシンプルライフの送迎の方と合流できますので、忘れずに利用してください。通常のタクシーを使うと400バーツかかります。ダイビングで利用する場合、朝早いので朝食の時間に間に合わないのですが、その旨伝えると前日の夜に軽食を用意してくれます。レセプションのスタッフは大変感じのいい方ばかりなので、何か困ったこと、知りたいことがあったらすぐに質問してみるといいと思います。

We arrived on evening ferry, and was pleasantly surprised the hotel had a pick up waiting with a "simple life" sign. We had not called ahead and there was only one other guy who also did not order the pick up. When we arrived (we booked standard double room), the room itself was clean but the bathroom had a strong sewage scent. We brought it to the attention of the front desk, and asked to change rooms. There were no more standard rooms aviailable, and they offered an upgrade, at our cost, which we refused. After threatening to book a different hotel, we were given the upgrade at no additional cost. Not once did the manager come to speak with us directly. The upgraded room was larger, but definitely showed signs of age and wear. The sewer smell in bathroom was less but still present. For the rest of our stay, the staff service itself was great. Front desk was very helpful giving directions and advice for exploring the island. When we left "do not disturb" sign on the door, the cleaning staff still left toiletries and bottled water on thr porch.We had to check out very early and they packed some bananas and water for us. Overall, despite the helpful staff and fantastic location, I would consider exploring other hotel options.

朝食の内容は物足りなかったが、部屋はセンス抜群で清潔で広さも充分で快適であった。
