Vana Belle, a Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui

Good location, average service (staff has great attitude but for example coffee at breakfast comes very late and cold, so a coffee staion might help). The beach and sea were the biggest disappointment. We chose this hotel largely based on the positive beach reviews, but during our stay the weather created very large waves and it was impossible to swim at all. I wanted to mention this so future guests are aware that the sea conditions may not always match the expectations created by some of the reviews. The food was also average. For instance, we ordered Pad Thai on the beach and the noodles were overcooked and clumped together like a cake.

I highly recommend this hotel, luxurious but still that friendly, personal touch. Our personal host, Pum, did a terrific job, assisting us in any wish or question we had, making our stay special to us. All staff always had a sincere smile and did their outmost to make us fell welcome and honoured guests. The restaurants were first class and breakfast probably the best I ever had in a hotel. Location is perfect with a private beach, just a short ride to night markets and shopping experiences. A vast selection of restaurants are everywhere, from excellent streetfood to 5 -star restaurants. We will for sure return to this hotel.

Wonderful breakfasts. If you can, select a room with valet service. Tik was amazing and the manager most helpful. NB no elevators to higher (full ocean view) rooms. The spa was lovely for facials. The main restaurant for dinner was outstanding and we even received a note from the chef. All the staff were lovely and couldn't be any nicer to their guests. Hope to go back

Mysigt, intimt och lyxigt hotell. Mycket trevlig personal och hög servicenivå. Stranden mycket fin och bra bad. Rimliga priser i restaurant och bad.

Le meilleur hôtel de koh samui pour nous. Tout était parfait, le service irréprochable, les gens extrêmement gentils. La chambre gigantesque super confortable avec petite piscine privée, la déjeuner très bon, la piscine sur la plage parfaite, pas trop de vague dans la mer, mais pas une mer hyper calme non plus, la plage super belle un peu plus calme que la partie de chaweng plus au nord, resto et bar sur la plage super pour le midi et le soir. Il y a des marches à monter car en hauteur, mais rien de très difficile. Et pour les plus âgés ou le soir par ex, ils appellent des buggy pour nous conduire super facilement, ils le proposent tjs quand vous quitter la plage. Je pensais que ce serait un point négatif mais au final j'ai trouvé ça très pratique. Je recommande vivement !!!

The property is well maintained and overall clean and tidy. The beach is a private section of beach, shared with a few other hotels, which is also nice however the sand is pretty rough on the the feet (nothing the Hotel can do about that). The staff are very polite and accommodating, big shout out to Max & Zidan from the beach bar/ Panali restaurant; extremely friendly and very helpful! The room, which we had was a Premium Ocean Pool Suite (room 222), was very well maintained and looked after with a beautiful view of the Ocean, albeit it there was another row of suites in front but not obstructing the view. All in all it was a very nice hotel and one that I would visit again should I return to Koh Samui.

Our recent stay at Vana Belle, Koh Samui, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth by Chicka during check-in. She made us feel right at home, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Initially, we stayed in an ocean view room, which was beautiful, but due to some noise from neighboring guests, the hotel graciously upgraded us to an ocean view villa. The villa was absolutely stunning—spacious, elegant, and with breathtaking views. It was the perfect sanctuary for our stay. The resort itself is top-notch. Every detail, from the furniture to the décor, reflects perfection and a commitment to luxury. However, what truly sets Vana Belle apart is its staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, kind, and attentive, making us feel pampered and cared for throughout our visit. While I typically don’t book all-inclusive options, I’m so glad we did this time. The food was incredible—each dish was a masterpiece, particularly the Thai cuisine, which was nothing short of spectacular. The balance of flavors and the authenticity of the dishes impressed us immensely. Even the drinks were crafted to perfection—thoughtfully balanced and beautifully presented. Overall, Vana Belle is the epitome of a 5-star resort. The impeccable service, outstanding food and drinks, and luxurious accommodations make it a place I’d wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly indulgent and memorable getaway.

We had very relaxing, peaceful vacation there. November weather in Samui wasn’t the best, but ocean view and great food made it up. Our room butler, Pumm, was the best! We thank her for the “Exceptional service”.

This place is EXCELLENT! Food is top notch. Rooms are beautiful. Service is amazing. The beach is very good and free of garbage like at other places. If you want to be near nightlife this isn’t the place for you. There isn’t much near the resort at all. But if you’re looking for a romantic getaway it’s the best

Stayed in this hotel as the most important honeymoon of my life and I was given such a good experience that I thought this was the best choice of my life and I think it will be memorable
