2泊しました。フロントの対応はとても良かったです。2日目にバックドアハイキングの予定だったのでランチボックス7JDで用意してくれました。また、チェックアウト後のワディラム行きバスも予約してくれました。料金10JDもフロント払いで。 ドライヤーが途中で停止したのと、トイレットペーパーが無かったのは困りました。ただし、ペーパーはフロントに言ったらすぐに貰えました。 シャワーは勢い無いですがお湯がでましたし、良いホテルだと思います。

Fue una estancia increíble. El hotel es muy limpio y bonito, ademas de tener la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la entrada a Petra. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Agradecemos sus servicios y esperamos volver pronto.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating people. The breakfast and dinner was quite good.

A great hotel very close to the main entrance to the Petra archeological park. A very clean hotel with updated rooms, a really nice shower and a great lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was super willing to help me convert my USD to JOD and help me book tickets to the Petra at Night experience. There are multiple restaurants, shops and souvenir stores within an easy walking distance to the hotel. The only "bad" thing is that it seems like the walls of the rooms are a little thin so I was able to follow along to the song that the people in the room next to me were listening to beginning at 0700 every morning.

I had a delightful stay at La Maison hotel in Petra. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Petra visitor center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the ancient city. The buffet was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. Moreover, the concierge and bellman were exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Petra.

There were limited options at breakfast for Vegans. Only milk available was cows. In todays world there should be an alternative.

We had an unfortunate incident at this property. My kids and I left the room for about 20 minutes to get food. once we returned, our beds were made and my daughters bag of jewelry was missing. We searched our bags thoroughly and notified the staff. The staff mockingly told someone to go search our room when we checked out. The jewelry included diamond earrings that had more sentimental value than monetary value. The property was fine. well maintained and clean.

Excelente hotel , bom custo beneficio, funcionarios muito educados e prestativos,cafe da manha muito bom, a ppucos metros do ingresso da cidade de petra, buffet de jantar otimo , enfim recomendo para quem procura um bom local para visitar Petra.

Conveniently located 5-10mins (up hill) walk from the Petra site. Also conveniently located to the terminating area for the Jett bus from Amman or Aqaba. Cit was a clean hotel with smallish rooms and small bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and pillows good as well (not too hard or lumpy). Reception was pleasant and helpful with good English. Breakfast buffet was good with a good range and egg’s cooked to order. Get this as an inclusion if you can at a reduced price. The wifi was a bit patchy and you had to get a voucher with a separate password for each device. There is a bar (non-alcoholic drinks only) which has a nice view. Their main clients appear to be French tour groups.

It’s a fairly basic, mediocre hotel, but an incredibly convenient location to the Petra Visitor Centre with free parking. The room is very basic, and our double bed was just two singles pushed together with a sheet over top. The water pressure in the shower was fairly low, and with the window being single pane glass, you will likely be woken up by the early AM call to prayer unless you’re a very heavy sleeper. The a/c was good and there’s a little fridge that does get your bottled water nice and cold. We only had breakfast there, and the buffet was a little lacklustre, but serviceable if you just need a quick bite before setting off for the day. The majority of the restaurants are about a 20 min walk further up the hill, but if your priority is proximity to the entrance of Petra at a budget price, then this is a good option for you. And you can always pop into the Movenpick a few doors down for a cold beer on the way back from Petra.
