Superbe chambre, l’hôtel est très bien et avec de super équipements, le personnel charmante

Hotel is nice . Only problem we had was we didn’t get the room we booked and told they didn’t do two single beds in one room only to discover they did . Rooms weren’t cleaned properly.balcony door was broken didn’t shut properly.When enquiring about options and things to do Some staff were very rude . Food options were not that great on some nights. Constant pressure from vendors to have extra services and trying to push their sales onto you

La nourriture était bonne, l’endroit est propre, le transport vers la plage et la piscine était bien organisé. Cependantdans la chambre que j’avais le lit pour enfant n’était pas confortable : le cadre était en fer et j’ai dû mettre le matelas par terre. La connexion Internet est très faible et les piscines ne sont pas chauffées, donc en octobre elles ne sont pas très utilisables.

All was very good. Excellent service and beatific and clean property. Very well organised on all aspects. However the coffee machines in the restaurant are really really bad. That cannot be called coffee. The Starbucks opens at 10am so it’s a long wait for a decent cup of coffee at breakfast. My last few days I discovered the Panorama bar which serves good Turkish coffee and cappuccino. Please change the coffee machine in the restaurant area with something more drinkable such as Nespresso or similar. Thank you.

Where do I start ! We arrived a day late as there was a big motorway accident in uk , so we missed the plane , refused nights refund ! Doesn’t cater for autism , after speaking to guest relations was advised they would bring chips for the autistic child at 10:30pm every night without charge happened once we were charged for room service, the room got a quick once over daily the sheet was ripped but still on the beds , we between us had at least 35 bites child included , mainly when we were in bed , I slept with cold wet towels around my ankles to get some relief , went to chemist for antibiotics and steroid cream, as usual sunbed wars ! Dining areas were worse it was utter carnage , should be a one way system in place people barging around pushing and shoving ! Booked the cabana bed for a birthday was informed they would decorate the cabana bed …nothing ballon’s a few hours later was told we bring champagne and cake nothing …. The service down there was appalling waited over an hour for a coffee , not worth 95 pound ! Mini fridge not filled up no water in room , staff are rude ! We heard still asking guests for good reviews , there was around 3 members staff that we spoke to were good that was Pablo, Jimmy and the guy on Rollar skates all polite and well mannered.All the staff looked to be working very hard all the time , All in all if you looking for 3 to 5 star with the money you pay don’t go there

Séjour sympa, tout est perfectible mais nourriture sympa, large choix et bonne qualité. Propreté également correcte juste quelques détails de finition à revoir dans la salle de bain . Parc aquatique et plage séparés de l'hôtel mais navettes tous les 5 minutes et le trajet dure 3 minutes. Transfert aéroport - hôtel de bonne qualité, mais chauffeur pour le retour peu aimable. Vol easy-jet au top . Bon séjour au final même si ça reste cher ...

The place is great for the families with kids. Buffet has a lot of options but overall the food tasted very blend.

Hotel service, cleanliness, water slides are excellent. If you are the type of person that you like go out and explore where you are including local areas markets restaurants then it won’t be the right location for you. This is nothing to do with hotel. As I mentioned earlier the hotel is spot on.

i like the location and dinning are very good but room facility , bathroom are not sufficient enough more ever subcontractor for cleaning people is not enough to clean the room, otherwise okay for everything

All was great. The only thing I can mention is that in the rooms you can hear everything from outside and in from corridors.

As a family with a young daughter, we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, food, and variety of activities available. The shuttle service to the private beach was quick and frequent, making it easy to get around. The beach area was spacious, with plenty of room for all holidaymakers, and featured several pools, a children’s water area, and snacks, drinks, and ice cream available until 5 pm. You definitely get great value for money—and more! The food selection was incredible—we found ourselves eating throughout the day. There were lots of British guests who were friendly and welcoming, alongside people from many different cultures and backgrounds, which created a lovely atmosphere.
