Perfect place for the price,location is price,2min walk to the beach,the pool is nice and clean,rooms are cleaned daily,the receptionist boy is helpful and friendly.HOWEVER dont become too close with 3 people works in bar food serving area,they are creepy can cause you problem if you are too friendly with this guys.avoid this guys and you will be fine.overall i really liked the place.

Recommended not to be used well, but not worthy. Not good enough, the building and staff need updating. Breakfast buffet may be better. When we order it says that free WiFi is available, but you have to buy it if you want to have the internet in the rooms

The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good with many options. Our reservation was included with parking from Expedia but there was no parking included. The manager was very kind to give us her parking spot for first night. We found parking near the hotel for other night. The refrigerator in room was not working properly and did not cool even on the maximum temperature setting, it was always like room temperature. When they looked at it they told us it is working like we never been in another hotel or never had refrigerator in our room. Other than these issues we were satisfied and happy for our stay.

İlgili, güleryüzlü personelleriyle birlikte samimi bir ortam mevcut. Temizlik ve konfor anlamında da gayet yeterliydi. Konaklarken keyif aldık.

Odalar çok temiz ve genişti. Düzen, günlük temizlik ve çalışanların ilgisinden memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz

Staff are very friendly, but there was a red mark which I believe it was a blood marks on the bed cover, they cleaned the room every day and I put the bed cover with the red marks on the floor hoping the cleaner will change it, but she put it back on the bed faced the ceiling and was there for 4 nights more on one of the single bed which I didn’t use, I was there to pay respect and burry my father after he passed away so didn’t want to argue about their cleaning standards and just left it on the bed, but I took a photo of it! breakfast was okay, I only was there to sleep so can’t really judge other details but I won’t book again in this hotel.

Genel olarak güzeldi çok memnun kaldık. Denize çok yakın ve otelle anlaşmalı olduğu için 40 tlye 1 şezlong 1 şemsiye kiralayabildik. Fakat plaj halk plajı olduğu için kiralamak zorunda değilsiniz. Kendğ şemsiyelerini alıp gelenlerde vardı. Kahvaltısı oldukça güzeldi poğaça ve peynir çeşitleri güzeldi. Meyve ve gevrek olmasıda güzeldi. Çeşitliydi. Sadece kahvaltı yaparken oranın görevlisi olan her gün motorla gelen görevli istisnasız hür sürekli tur atıp herkesin tabağını kontrol ediyordu. Açıkcası tatil boyunca en çok bundan rahatsız oldum. Sanki yememem gerekiyormuşta yinede gizlice yiyormuşum gibi hissettirdi. Hemde hergün. Onun dışında yardım severdi ve diğer çalışanlarda özellikle iki genç çalışan çok Güleryüzlülerdi. Tam bir fiyat performans yeriydi. Fiyatına göre iyiydi bence. Her gün portakal suyu içtik aşırı lezzetliydi. Plaj kumlu ve sıcaktı sadeve içerisinde azıcık büyük taşlar vardı ama rahatsız etmiyor aşırı büyük olduklarından. Fakat yemeksiz olduğundan dışarıda yemek oldukça pahalı. Daha şehir içine doğru yerlerde yemek yemenizi öneririm daha uygun. Plajda bir kola ve hamburgere 180 verdik hiç güzel değildi ayrıca.

Otel denize çok yakin, Kleopatra plajina yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar çok temiz ve yeni. Aslinda göründügünden fazlasi.. Kahvalti çok guzeldi. Omlete ve sicak poacalara bayildim. Personel güler yüzlü. Tesekkurler Bilkay Hotel.. Tekrar gelecegim..

Väldigt prisvärd vistelse med frukost. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kleopatra stranden ligger bara 100 meter bort. Fräsha rum med städning varje dag samt bra aircondition. Rekommenderar verkligen bilkay hotel.
