Quiet hotel overlooking the bay and the fishing boats. Parking next to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff our room had easy chairs, a balcony also with table and chairs. Breakfast was taken in the resturant which served excellent evening meals. Kusadasi centre was within walking distance and Kusadasi port within 5 minutes walking.

Property is too old, restaurant and its staff is awful, officiants are not competent, portions of food are too small, but prices is very high. When we tried to order food online reception stuff told us that it is unappropriated and we should eat in restaurant of hotel. There are problems with electricity in the hotel. Disappointing.

Genel olarak konaklamam iyiydi otelin konumu Harika otopark yeterli çalışanlar Güleryüzlü tek problem odalarda tv ünitesinin altında makyaj masası gibi bir komidinin eksik, kagit terlik bulunmamakta ve de duştan çıktığınızda odada havluyu koyacak yer mevcut değil.

Açıkçası, bu oteli tercih ediş nedenim, sadece deniz manzaralı jakuzisinin olmasıydı. Her şey gayet iyidi ancak jakuziden denizi görmek için baktığım cam, anlaşılan uzun süredir hiç temizlenmemiş. Gerçekten çok kirliydi. Bu açıkçası hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Bunun dışında odada şampuan bulunmuyordu. Ama olumsuz görüşlerimin dışında olumlu görüşlerim de var tabi ki. Gece geç saatlerde de olsa, şampuan istediğim anda bir kaç dakika içerisinde getirildi. Herkes güleryüzlü yaklaştı, ayrıca otelin hemen altında iki farklı mekanın bulunuyor olması da çok sevindirdi. Başka hiç bir yere gitme ihtiyacı duymadık. Genel olarak, jakuzinin yanındaki camın çok kirli olması dışında herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Gayet memnun kaldık.

Deniz manzarası var diye gittik zaten ondan başka birşey yok otelde. Buz dolabı soğutmuyor, yok yazılması gereken bir durum ve biliyoruz dediler. Ayrıca banyo kapısında lekeler vardı yerleri siliyorsunuz ama dolap kapı gibi yerleri lütfen temizleyin. Odada koltuk sehpa birşey olsaydı 1 tane ufak da olsa iyi olurdu. İşin en kötü tarafı altında cafe var otele ait olan. Gece 2 ye kadar müzik dinliyorsunuz merak etmeyin :) bir ufak şey daha yastık tercihi sormadan yastık koymayın arkadaşım odalara madem öyle yapacaksınız yastık çeşitleri ile nevresim giydirip kişi başı 2 adet bulundurun. İstemedik sonrasında çünkü korona varken dinlendiğinden beklediğinden emin olmadığımız birşey almak istemezsiniz.

otelin konumu mükemmel, hemen önünden sizi kritik noktalara götürecek dolmuş kalkıyor, oda manzarası çok iyi, ve her gün odalarımız temizlendi. Kahvaltısı çok iyi ve zengindi, tek sorun her gün aynı şeyi servis etmeleriydi, uzun süreli kalımlarda sıkıntı olabiliyor, en azından 2 gün arayla kahvaltıda değişiklik yapabilirler, teşekkürler

Manzarası ve konumu itibariyle çok güzel bir otel. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da fena değildi. Tavsiye ederim.

We booked the hotel for 1 night as we were heading to the airport in Izmir the next morning. I made this clear on the booking. The hotel is sort of modern but very rough around the edges - the aircon is ancient and noisy with a wired control and the toilet seat was completely broken. The hotel owns a bar on the ground Floor which unknown to us (and we weren’t told at check in) would start playing extremely loud music from before midnight until after 3am. After enduring this for a while hoping it would finish, at 1am we rang reception and asked to be moved to another room - we were told it would “hopefully” stop at around 2-2:30 (not much comfort when you have to get up and leave at 6am) and there were no rooms available to move us to. We tried earplugs but the bass made these ineffective. Eventually the music stopped after 3am - leaving us with 3 hours to sleep before the flight. All we wanted was a comfortable room for the night - what we got was a very expensive 3 hours of sleep once the music stopped. My advice to anyone staying here is to ensure you request a room where the music from the bar cannot be heard - if such a room exists. I will never stay here again and it really ruined the end of our holiday.

Nice clean hotel , large comfortable rooms, beautiful views,walking distance to town and boat cruises. Friendly staff nice breakfast. Will definately be back

Nice hotel with beautiful sea views, in a great location near the old downtown and good restaurants. Big rooms with balconies. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel at ideal location. Staff were very accomadations and pleasant. There is restraunt and bar on first level and staff suggested noise might be too much so they moved us to far end of building. Noise was not an issue and found comfort level quite good. Would not hesitate to return to the Effe.

Very charming little botique hotel in the BEST part of town. Really nice service. Nothing fancy but clean and perhaps the best breakfast spread I have had and i have stayed at some of the better places, not as big of a spread of course but very high quality delish foods and cheeses, olives, etc.. highly recommended (only kicker is no swimming pool but your only 10 minutes from ladies beach).... Real close to the bazaar, where you can stock up on all the fake Louis Vuitton and Chanell handbags your wife desires;) The same restaurant below that serves breakfast has a hip little bar/club that's rocking till 4am( dont worry the windows are thick and it does not bother your sleep...
