The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable, the staff was so helpful specialy mr Caner on the receiption

Horrible !!! Pire hotel de ma vie !!! Je prends le soin de savoir a lavance si la piscine sera chauffée durant mon sejour on me dit que oui mais pendant mes 9 jours pas une seule fois la piscine était chauffée ! Je demande un lit double on me donne 2 lits simples ! Un des réceptionnistes est horrible, ne répond pas au bonjour, ne daigne meme pas vous regarder, tire la tronche a chaque fois ! Le menage loool la femme de ménage fait juste le lit et encore meme la cest pas top ! Isolation deguelasse ! On entend tout de chez le voisin meme quand il branche son chargeur ! Dernier jour a 3h du mat une famille qui est rentré du reveillon qui a fait un carnage et m'a réveiller quand jai taper sur le mur ils ont retapé plus fort en rigolant ! Ils mont mis au 6eme etage, au dessus cest le dernier etage des cuisines petir dejeuner a 7h on entend les tables et les chaises qui frottent le sol des 6h30, obliger de m'endormir avec mes écouteurs pour ne pas être réveillé ! Les mouettes qui clc de bon matin aussi ! Meme pas de terrasse pour profiter ! Ah Horrible Horrible le pire séjour de ma vie !

We have stayed at this hotel several times through booking. We haven't had any problems. The last time I was in Istanbul, I needed an extra night and decided to go straight to the reception in the morning. both receptions were middle aged men and not friendly. They asked us for more money than usual. One gentleman didn't even bother to look that I was handing him the money and continued looking at his phone. Then I booked in hotels.com. The other receptionis - was elderly made gentleman us wait after 2pm. even though the hotel was half empty. He didn't stop talking on the phone and dropped us the room keys. The bathroom was not cleaned well. II've been visiting Istanbul for 30 years, but I've never been treated like this by the staff

Nettigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Das Zimmermädchen absolut nett. Die größte der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Der Blick auf den Hinterhof ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Dusche ist ziemlich klein. Die Umgebung ist ein wenig naja. Bei top Hotel

This hotel markets itself as having a spa with sauna and Turkish bath. Not true. During our two days first it was closed because it was Monday, then just because... only the cold and miniscule pool was open. When i raised this with the manager he repeatedly called me a bad person and said that because I am so rich (??) I should not complain. The rooms are stuffy, with wall-to-wall carpets that have not been cleaned for ages and the check-in confusing with us being herded back and forth between their different buildings. The location is great but there are many hotels in the area where you get what is marketed and won't be called names.

Fantastic and helpful staff. Selim and everyone else who worked there were very nice. The pool was cold and therefore many people did not use it.

Hotel Zimmer nicht tolle

Accueil sympathique par le réceptionniste qui a toujours répondu à nos questions avec sourire et dévouement. Hôtel propre mais un peu bruyant... Situé à quelques minutes de l'arrêt de tram way et à 2 pas des taxis.

Ich habe 3 Nächte in diese Hotel Übernachten, Standort vom Hotel ist wunderbar. Mann kann jede Richtung mit S Bahn , U Bahn , Buss in jede Richtung fahren. Service bestens, die Mitarbeiter von Hotel sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Besonders sind Emfang Caner und Ahmet sehr nett. Frühstück Bereich Ezgi.. Ich danke an allen für die nette Gäste und Freundlichkeit. The Showmaster Jackie Murat..

Micro rooms, rooms are old and super small! Breakfast are terrible with tasteless food, mattresses are rock solid and small, pillows are horrible also. I don’t recommend and won’t stay there again. Pool are super cold as well. Staff overprice taxi when order with them, don’t ask them to order a taxi!!!
