Karen Hotel

The hotel is well situated and very very clean. It could do with an update in the hotel rooms but aside from that it is spotless and the staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble

The hotel is located very centrally, close to the beach. All service areas were clean and well equipped. The hotel manager Emrah is very helpful, reachable. Thanks Emrah and his team for the hospitality!

Location is fantastic, 3 minutes walking to beach, 4 minutes walking to largest Migros supermarket, bus station to go to Icmeler, and many restaurants nearby. Bathroom was great, easy to adjust temperature of shower. Breakfast is exactly what you would expect for this price range, for me it was good enough. They were constantly updating the breakfast, so even if you arrive in the last 5 minutes, you can find lots of choice. They can clean your room every day. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy. This hotel has no private parties, that other hotels nearby have - I consider this advantage, as other hotels get very noisy late at night, but here it was calm and quiet, and easy to sleep. One complaint is no internet, AT ALL. It is impossible to get connected to WIFI in your room, and they say it's available in Lobby, but connection drops often and its slow. And it was a bit problematic to charge your phone and laptop, as there are not many electric sockets near the bed. There is no fruit on breakfast at all, and only watermelon for dinner. Another complaint is the bathroom door - that door doesnt close at all, its made of glass, there are gaps and holes around it, and its even completely transparent in the center. It doesnt provide enough privacy. I dont understand why other reviews say the elevator is slow - I think its not the fastest in the world, but it was decent enough. The hotel is worth for the value of the price. I would stay again, the hotel has everything I need.
