Taç Premier Hotel & Spa

We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it. And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room with jacuzzi to a room whith balcony. A good choice. Overall including the incident at checkin it was perfect and I am already planing my next stay there.

Oda yeterince ısınmıyor sıcak su yeterli değil ılık su akıyor….onun dışında resepsiyondan viski bardağı istediğimde var çalışanları çıktı deyip geçiştirdi bardak yok dedi…herhangi bir boş bardak vermek bu kadar zor olamaz kış konaklaması için uygun bir otel değil.

Schrecklich!!! Nie wieder!!

Fantastisk flotte ansatte. De var behjelpelig med alt. Jeg ble syk, det var alltid sykepleier på hotellet og jeg ble fort fraktet med bil til sykehuset. Ansatte var smilende, positive og hyggelig. Snakket med oss og barnet vårt. Sto alltid til tjeneste! Positiv opplevelse.

temizlik personeli gayet iyi başarılı. tüm personel güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. hiç bir sorun yaşamadım. bir daha geleceğim çok memnun kaldım.

convenient location of the hotel. across the road is the beautiful Cleopatra Beach. There are many shops and bars nearby. the hotel is big. the internal area is not big enough for such a hotel. food at the level of a three star hotel. there were days when there was a special dish on the menu. but in principle, the hotel is three stars. The reception staff is not friendly. no desire to go back again.

Restoran berbat yemek saatinden önce gidip sıra bekleyelim ki oturacak yer bulalım biraz geç gidince yer bulmak imkansız yemekleri güzel ama yer bulup yemek çok zor çok kalabalık

Öncelikle bütün personele güler yüzü ve iyi niyeti dolayısıyla teşekkür ederim. Temizlik konusunda gayet iyiydi otel genel olarak. Yemekler çok çeşitli fakat lezzetsizdi. yine de yeniden tercih edilebilir. her şey için teşekkürler.

Otel ücretine göre gayet makul bir otel. Sıcak yemekleri çok çeşitli değil ama aç kalma gibi bir durum kesinlikle olmaz. Fiyatına göre kıyaslarsak yemekler gayet ideal. Tatlılar ise daha çeşitli ve lezzetli. Plaja ~5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Sonuç olarak keyifli bir dinlenme için tercih edilir.

Hotel was not really open and ready for Clients / guests.

Lækkert hotel i skønt kvarter. Har nok den bedste all inklusive madmæssigt som vi har mødt.

The layout of the hotel into several blocks was a good idea keeping noise to a minimum of people around.Beds were quite hard but this seems normal in Turkey Food choice was excellent although the guests queuing seemed impatient to wait behind others.It was irritating that exta services seemed to be pushed in an all inclusive hotel.Information on what was included was provided on a sheet at reception on request.The chefs are to be commended and also the chambermaids.I would particularly like to mention one of the young bar men who was also a footballer,who service was excellent who was genuinely friendly.

Das erste Zimmer was wir bekommen hatten war alt und in der hintersten Ecke des Hotels. Außerdem war bei der Tür ein ca 2cm großer Schlitz. Nachdem wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben war es zum Teil besser. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, die „Terasse“ war genau auf der großen Dachterasse. Es saßen immer Menschen auf der Dachterasse und es war sehr laut. Der Duschkopf spritzte in alle Richtungen und der Duschvorhang bedeckte nur die Hälfte der Dusche. Nach Aufforderung wurde der Duschkopf getauscht, durch den nicht ausreichenden Duschvorhang stand das Badezimmer dennoch immer unter Wasser. An einem Tag stand nach dem Putzen die Balkontür auf und 2 mal kamen einfach Menschen ins Zimmer, einmal um eine neue Minibar zu bringen und einmal weil jemand nebenan seine Karte verloren hatte und gesagt hat unser Zimmer wäre sein Zimmer

Meget varmt på selve hotellet, dårlig aircondition på værelserne. Ingen plads ved måltiderne, skal gå rundt for at vente på at nogle rejser sig så der er plads ved bordene.

The all inclusive food was surprisingly good. Good selection of meat, veg. and fruits and cakes. The Staff in the restaurant were outstanding and friendly also the staff in the pool and garden bar were very good. Pool area was nice,although there was a bit of the German reserve your sunbed with a towel early morning going on but that is not the hotels fault. SPA was nice and welcomming also the juwelery store located at the hotel was good. The reception were staff were not very helpful. you can only get one key per room. We ordered lunchpacks the day before our departure as we had to leave before breakfast time. The reception noted it down on their pad but didnt actually order it for us. So we left the hotel hungry without food. Our order for pocket wifi arrived but the reception didnt notify us, when we went to ask for it the next day, they just said, oh yes it arrived yesterday. Rooms were ok. Beds a little on the hard/firm side. Balcony was too hot to sit on as the aircondition unit was placed here and let out very hot air. The general condition of the room was worn. Cracks in the tiles in the bath and the showerhosehead didnt have a proper holder on the wall for it. Resulting in water on the floor outside the shower. Cleaning was good, but we did have a day in each room were the cleaning just didnt show up. But when they came they did a good job.

Das Personal hier ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Badezimmer benötigen eine Instandsetzung. Bei uns war der Lüfter defekt, der Fön hatte Kabelschäden und die Farbe an der Decke blätterte ab. Wir würden das Hotel nochmal buchen.
