Grace Bay Suites

Had a room with mold and a kid that has allergy. Second room had a bug and lizard but you are in tropical area. Over all they were super helpful and every complaint we had they correct immediately. Also hotel is in the back parking lot as a restaurant if you gps is confused

Second time here and will definitely be coming back!! The hotel is located near everything you need and the beaches are incredible. The staff are wonderful!! Always willing to assist!

Fairly priced in a very expensive city

We stayed here for 5 nights and found the location to be excellent. You are right on Grace Bay Rd and surrounded by small shops and a few dining options. The best part is you are literally 5 min walk to Grace Bay Beach, which is the cleanest beach on the island with no sea weed whatsoever. A few items in the room could be improved- the lamp next to the bed stopped working 3 days in. It was an extremely cheap lamp. The AC was dripping with water for the 1st 2 nights, and we requested this to be fixed. Liquid hand soap would've been better suited for this level of price and hotel. I expect bar soap for a lower grade motel/hotel. A few small improvements to improve guest experiences. Also, maybe ask your maintenance & housekeeping staff to smile when guest are walking pass them. Except for the front desk girls, no one seem to smile, which may be cultural. They seemed angry or upset. No greetings, no smiles, just staring at their phones the whole time. You have 30 or so rooms, and most of the rooms were empty when we visited during slow season.

Had not a good stay at Gracebay Suites the house keeper was very rude hard to get towels, toilet paper etc. Also experienced a problem with bugs . The hotel didn’t believe that it came from their beds . I had to go out and buy bug spray just to have a little chance of rest. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel..

Very friendly and helpful staff, a bit noisy because of the local bars, but clean, no issues with hot water. Beach is a 5 minute walk to an area specifically for hotel guests, plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk

Had an amazing trip! Location is on Grace Bay near all the restaurants, shops, short walk to the supermarket & across from the beach!

The property was cute small motel like style. The room is very spacious I had a king room. Only thing I didn't like is that the bike was not ready for use due to them breaking.

2nd time staying on property. Directly on the main road. Near all of the popular restaurants and night lounges. The beach is a 5 minute walk and safe at night or day. I did not like the complimentary breakfast vouchers to 3 choices of restaurants was discontinued as that was one of my main reasons for staying a second time.

Great area, safe. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Limited office hours. Ice machine needs to be placed outside of the office. House keeping staff (Pearl) very nice and personable. Thank you Pearl for your kindness.

This place was horrendous. It was disgusting just walking in you’re hit with an odor that will make you throw up. It was a mess in the room stains everywhere including the bed, walls, and curtains even on the dressers you couldn’t even lay down on the bed, the floors were extremely dirty you can’t even take off your shoes.bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. It is located behind some bar in an ally you wouldn’t even wanna walk through at night because you might get robbed by who ever is back there. I was given the option of another room and it was even worse with how dirty it was there was a towel in the room that was used and expected me to stay in that room. We left as soon as we found another hotel DONT STAY HERE. When I asked to speak with a manager apperantly they haven’t been in work since Saturday8/16 I’m typing this on 8/20 and have been told they haven’t been in work yet.i spoke with Expedia hopefully they will remove this from their site because the pictures aren’t what the place is really like. If you want proof go on the google reviews I posted multiple pictures so everyone can see

NOT RECOMMEND!! NOT as nice as the picture. This is a “self service” hotel . No one is in the lobby most of the time ( but there is nothing they can provide you anyway !) No water provided ( just ice ?!? ) Ugly showers The furniture and room looks depressing and dated. The place surrounded by a parking lot and has no security at night and lobby is closed !! I basically used the Ritz hotel all day long down the road as much as I could , just not to see this place that I’ve booked. Absolutely not recommend for a fun vocation I couldn’t stand it and after 2.5 days checked myself out and moved to a better hotel. No one cared and there was no conversation about refund or anything like that. It was one of my most terrible experiences ever.
