Grace at the front desk was fantastic and so helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet and just a quick walk from the light rail station. I look forward to staying there again.

Stayed for a day, staff was awesome and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Goodnight sleep before flight! Area is noisy with airport nearby and traffic!

Spotless room with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The room has a corporate feel, but is comfy with anything a person might need as well as close proximity to the airport. Friendly reception and bar staff. We would stay here again.

Everything was good except for a shockingly old sheets in Room 417 that had pills all over. So the sleep wasn't smooth, literally.

We stayed at the Aloft when our flight was canceled during an IT outage. The staff was friendly and compassionate. They checked us in quickly and advised us getting back to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of nice amenities including the gym and the breakfast area.

It's always a pleasure staying at Aloft.

This is usually one of my favorite places to stay but this time I was disappointed by the condition of my room. There were no bath towels which I didn't discover until I was getting into the shower and then found someone else's hair all over the shower walls.

Easy and fast

Very clean and safe. Parking is better if it is free and if there is free breakfast. Nevertheless, staff is very friendly and accomodating.

We have stayed in this hotel before. It was good then. This time we were put in a room just a few feet from the monorail and it was very noisy. I asked to be moved and she said they were sold out. The bed had definitely seen better days. It was not as comfortable as they have been before.

Both stays in Seattle was wonderful. The Maxwell, Staypineapple hotel was classy, comfortable and provide a comfortable sleep and relaxing Double Queen Suite. All the staff was attentive and friendly. The Bar area, drinks and small bites are yummy and the staff fun to talk to. The Maxwell's location was perfect for us and we walked to Chihuly Glass Garden and the Space Needle! Had a great time at both! There are many other great experiences, including restaurants, within walking distance of the Maxwell. And, the hotel is in walking distance, like 8 minutes to two grocery stores and a pharmacy. The hotel's location in the Queen Anne's neighborhood is very nuce, clean and safe. My second hotel stay was at the Aloft hotel in the airport area. This was 1 night after our cruise. Aloft Seattle Airport is super nice! Large rooms, shuttle, and a bar area with small bites made it perfect for our overnight stay. The front desk and shuttle staff were informative, friendly and professionsl. The beds were comfortably done and the shuttle to the Seattle airport is free. The price to stay at Aloft is very reasonable, especially for how well the hotel presents itself and its amenities! I'd stay at Aloft again when needing to be close to the airport.
