Mrs Ant at the front desk was amazing and helped me get situated after a long flight! thank you for being so friendly and accommodating for me! also the overnight worker on 8/9 @ 1am was wonderful as well, but i missed her name!

Everything was great.
My only suggestion is that I can not sleep flat in a bed. I sleep in a recliner at home. This is a common practice for people with back injuries and breathing issues. It would be helpful to have recliners available if preferred.
Thanks for a good night our water front room was awesome.

It was conveniently located next to red hat amphitheater, which is where we were going. There were a couple of restaurants very close by. The parking garage was convenient. It was just a little mold on the ceiling next to the air conditioner vent, which we reported at checkout. It just appeared to be from condensation. Other than that, it was excellent! Breakfast was good too!

View of the water and the window was so fogged up I couldn’t even enjoy the view. There was only a very thin blanket on the bed. No additional blankets in the room. Had to pay additional $15 for parking (which they said they would email the receipt for and never did send it. I ended up itching all night and still have bug bites ALL over my body. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Hotel muito bem localizado; confortável; o cafe da manhã (comtinental) poderia ser melhor. A cobranca pelo estacionamento também é exagerada. Em frente ao hotel há um estacionamento publico com diária a 10 dólares (o hotel cobra 15, tudo bem que com entradas e saídas a vontade) e, na rua, a partire das 18:30h o estacionamento é gratuito.
No geral, recomendo o hotel.

My only suggestion is that I can not sleep flat in a bed. I sleep in a recliner at home. This is a common practice for people with back injuries and breathing issues. It would be helpful to have recliners available if preferred.

Favorite place to stay when we are visiting Wilmington. Great location- it’s walkable to downtown. Staff is friendly and the facility is well kept. Pets are allowed, so we were able to bring our two Labradors.

Nous avons passé une nuit en juillet 2025 au Best Western Plus Coastline Inn à Wilmington, en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados), et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour !
Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était grande, très propre et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café et frigo.
Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et sympathique, toujours disponible et chaleureux.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté du Riverwalk, ce qui permet de profiter facilement du centre historique de Wilmington à pied. L’emplacement est top pour découvrir la ville sans avoir à se déplacer en voiture.
Le bâtiment lui-même est charmant, en briques, avec un joli cadre au bord de la rivière. Un bel équilibre entre confort moderne et cachet local.
Côté services : parking payant, machine à glace, petit déjeuner inclus (très bon). Pas de piscine.
En résumé : un hôtel agréable, bien situé, très propre et avec un personnel au top. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner at Front Street Brewery and walk to Live Oak Bank Pavillion. Highly recommend, especially if you get a room with a river view!

Our stay at the Best Western Plus in Wilmington, NC was truly delightful. The location is excellent, especially for those traveling with pets—there's a convenient little pet park right next to the hotel, which was a thoughtful touch. Every room offers a gorgeous view of the Cape Fear River and the iconic USS North Carolina battleship, making mornings feel especially peaceful.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring a large TV for winding down after a day of exploring. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Ashley, who kindly helped us relocate from the first to the second floor out of concern for potential flooding. Thankfully, everything turned out fine—but her support gave us peace of mind during a rainy evening.
Highly recommended for travelers seeking scenic views, pet-friendly amenities, and genuine hospitality.

We loved our stay. The location was amazing with a spectacular view of the river. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home. The pillows weren’t the normal small flat pillows we usually find in hotel rooms. The front desk ladies were super nice and helpful.
The only thing negative I would have to say is I didn’t like paying to park in their parking lot. A pool would have been nice even though I knew it didn’t have one when I booked it. There wasn’t enough towels in the room and if you wanted the room serviced you had to request it. I always take our own towels because no hotel gives you enough. These are not reasons I would not recommend staying there.
I’d recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay there again.
