Friendly staff, clean rooms, great amenities.

I only gave 4 stars for property facilities because the pool and hot tub were closed.

The staff was amazing!! We were in town while my son had surgery and they were so helpful and understanding with the challenges as they came. Conor helped us figure out a way to get a one way rental car, signed us up with Marriott rewards, and was SO helpful and understanding as our plans kept changing because of complications.

Room temp was 58 degrees. Broken, had to move room. Hot tub was luke warm at best. No reduction in cost.

Staff was very nice and room was clean and tidy. Loved the blackout shades

For the most pqrt it was good. Bed wasn't that comfortable. You couldn't hardly see out the window because it was so dirty.

We reserved a king bed, but got a room with a queen. I asked the front desk, but was told I was wrong, it was a king. (?!!) She said they only had rooms with two queens, not singles, and we only had one bed in our room. We did arrive late, but I had called twice throughout the day to be sure we didn't lose our king room. Very disappointed. In addition, the bathroom counter and mirror were not clean upon check-in. In addition, when we returned to our room the second evening, the tv was on, with a welcome screen with someone else's full name on it. I hope our name wasn't displayed on someone else's screen. Not ok. At check out, I came to the desk again, and reiterated it was not a king bed. It was the same girl I spoke to previously, so I also told her I checked the hotel website and they do offer single queen bed rooms. She said she was mistaken & she was sorry. It would have been better to hear that the first time around. Or better yet, get the clean room with the correct bed size we reserved.

Check-In was quick and easy! Hotel was quiet and peaceful and most importantly….. CLEAN! Did not take advantage of breakfast because we slept in and had other plans. Great night sleep in a comfortable bed!

Excellent experience overall! Loved the staff! Everyone was so kind. And very close to the airport.
