The location is perfect!

The property was so cute! Very peaceful. Close to restaurants and the Indian River.

The room needs blinds or black out curtains as the sun came in from east. The bathroom is so small -cant even open door to get into shower because it swings toward toilet. The sink in bathroom is so low and no counter space, my wife had to bend over and had trouble doing her make up each day. The kitchen was ok with full isze fridge. The view was ok of river and had nice eating spot for two in front living area. With one bathroom and very small area, 2 adults/ 2 kids challenge for space/comfort Closets have nice storage and rooms with ceilings fans to keep them circulating. good location near boardwalk and close proximity to restaurants at night. safe and clean. Just needs some rennovations to modernize.The space was semi-clean but need to add dishawasher -dont want to wash dishes on vacation or get penalized. no room service during stay. probably not bookk again.

This was our first time staying at Davis house and it will absolutely not be our last!!! Everything about our stay was perfect. We were there for the 4th of July and the owners treated everyone like family! We had so much fun with everyone!

We always stay at The Davis House when we visit the area. Convenient and lovely place to stay.

I’ve stayed in $300 plus rooms in my life and have had my feet dirty from carpet. This place I felt like I could eat off the floor. Everything is spotless. The owners are laid-back. The views just feet away with a private beach area for your sunsets and sunrises were a definite unexpected touch. Highly recommended to all my family and friends when they visit now.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Davis House Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. It's walking distance to several restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Kyle was awesome! We had a room on the 1st floor and it was perfect for 2 people. CRAZY clean and close to several restaurants, etc.

Between the two main roads in Sebastian you get a nice quiet street where you can sit outside and unwind, while at the same time being in easy walking distance from all there is to see and do in Sebastian. The rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed for a relaxing stay. They have a private pier where guests can fish, sip coffee while watching a sunrise, or watch dolphins chasing a meal. Kayaks and bicycles are available for guests to use too. There is a tiki deck with a gas grill for guests to use with a pretty koi pond next to it . The grounds are well kept. Staff: primarily it's the owner, Kyle, doing everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He does it all: desk clerk, room cleaner, maintenance man and more. We stayed for 10 nights and the only bad thing was that our vacation was over and it was time to go back to the daily grind. While we were there, we were thoroughly relaxed, felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Davis House Inn will be our go-to vacation accommodations in Sebastian from now on. We love it there.

Well tended, very convenient location, manager could not be more accommodating, sitting on the dock had great views of the sunset, accommodations had a warm "homey" feel as opposed to cold efficiency of cookie cutter motels.

Love this inn. Host is available at any time should the need arise. Rooms clean, kitchenette with coffee for the morning and a breakfast food truck on weekends across the street.
