Domicile Suites At Verve

What an amazing location. We spent Christmas week here and it was an absolute joy. The only hiccup was that the key was not left on our table as we were told and we got in late. In spite of flooding, the night auditor actually got in her car and drove it out to us at one o'clock in the morning. Spectacular service and a wonderful place to stay.

The room was cozy and clean! Overlooking the city and within 3 blocks from the Space Needle. Super close to downtown, bars, the Pike Market, and the Train! I loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again !

The Domicile Property in Seattle was a pleasant change from a hotel stay. It was close to several restaurants and public transportation. The washer & dryer were valuable in keeping our clothes clean. Enjoyed the freedom to go about the city. Check in procedures were easy to follow. Appreciate the telephone support as well. Thank you.

A really nice apartment in a great area. We fell it was a great value.

We didn't actually stay at Verve. I was contacted by Domicile and they changed my reservation to a condo at Harbor Steps because Verve was no longer operating to their standard. The location at Harbor Steps was great and the check in process was easy, but that's about all that was worth mentioning. When we arrived in the room it was over 80 degrees. It's not uncommon for places in Seattle to not have air conditioning, but this one actually did have a portable a/c unit with the exhaust directed out the window. The problem is that it wasn't attached correctly and it was blowing the hot exhaust back into the room along with the cool air. I think it was actually hotter than if the room didn't have a/c and just had the windows open. The bathroom smelled like urine around the toilet area. There was a parking garage in the basement of the building, but it cost us $36 and change per day to park there. For over $200 a night, I expected much much better. Later in the week we stayed in another condo 4 blocks north of this place which had free parking in a secure garage, was slightly cheaper per night, and had much nicer (and cooler) accommodations.

The property was located in a good neighborhood with access to good restaurants, parking and stuff to do. The unit was very clean and well equipped. It was modern with great views and we were quite impressed.

Amazing

This location was even better than we anticipated! Super central and walking distance to everything. The building was very clean, amenities great, good size gym - but the best part - the views from the room & the rooftop!! Definitely will stay here again when we visit Seattle again.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views, just around the corner from Space Needle.

It's a nice enough place, but I thought the shower was a bit gross. It was dark, and had some nasty looking spots. I was dissappointed by that.

First time staying in a place like this that is more of an air bnb than a hotel as it is a studio apartment. Arrived at noon. Check in time is 5pm. Luckily we were able to access the room and leave the bags there and explore Seattle while the room was still being cleaned. We came back after 5 and the room was ready. The room was fairly clean, I say “fairly” because I noticed the following day after walking around barefoot that the bottom of my feet were black! So the floors could use a good cleaning. It has a full kitchen and washer / dryer for clothes. Dishes and utensils seemed dusty / dirty but that was an easy fix after loading everything in the dishwasher. Washer / dryer supplies were lacking at best. No bleach or fabric softener. The 135 pack of tide pods had 1 tide pod left! After buying supplies the washer / dryer came in handy. Only TWO sets of bathroom towels. Perfect for one person but for a couple we all know how women want 1 towel for her hair and 1 for her body. Leaving me out of luck and using her towels when she was finished. Wish we would have brought our own towels. Check out time is 11am firm! We had a 5pm flight to make the most of our trip. Leaving us scrambling to store our bags between 11am-330pm. Was able to store them at Nordstrom ($8 uber trip away) which was nice but not ideal by any means. Overall it’s nice if you bring towels and laundry supplies and are not restricted by check in and out times.

Das Hotel war okay aber die schönen Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber. Die Küche hat nicht so ganz funktioniert. Es hat uns nicht wirklich gefallen und war dafür sehr teuer.

O check-in Foi terrível. Como orientada pela reserva, chegamos ao local as 17h pontualmente( mesmo depois de uma viagem de mais de 20 horas). Ao entrarmos tivemos um choque ao ver temperatura elevada. Na sala, Um aparelho portátil de ar condicionado estava ligado proximo à janela de frente para o sol. Como fazia barulho, nos aproximamos e vimos que a mangueira estava quebrada e colada com fita crepe, que o calor derreteu. Vimos no visor do aparelho a marca de 89 F. As janelas nao abriam o que transformou o apartamento um forno. No quarto, dois barulhentos ventiladores estavam ligados no chão. Em seguida, o aparelho de ar da sala parou de funcionar e nao religava. Imediatamente, ligamos e mandamos SMS para Domicile. Recebemos a resposta pelo SMS(dialogos serão encaminhados aqui) e uma pessoa chegou ao apartamento 40 minutos depois. Ele constatou nosso relato e admitiu que era humanamente impossível sobreviver naquela temperatura. E ainda completou sobre a sujeira do filtro do ar. Em seguida, fez contato telefonico com Domicile e nos fez a proposta de deixar o local e a devolução do pagamento (reserva expedia) e sugeriu que procurassemos um hotel. Pasmos e cansados ainda tentamos ver se eles tinham outro apartamento no predio. Ele saiu e cerca de 10 minutos depois, voltou oferecendo o apartamento ao lado ( 1203). O aparelho portátil de ar funcionava, a mangueira estava intacta, mas a janela onde ela ficava não fechava nunca. Não aceitamos porque seguia o calor no ambiente. No

Excellent location, apartment was very nice and clean. Building rooftop was great. Would definitely look to stay again.again. Only minor things - no central air, toilet papaws roll a little far to reach, internet was slow.

The condo has a great location and wonderful views of the city. Be sure to make use of the rooftop which is a very cool space with awesome views of the mountains. This would have gotten a five star rating but there was an issue with the router in the unit so we didn't have Wifi for the duration of our stay. Also, when we arrived the portable air conditioner was not working and needed to have its drip pan drained in order to properly function. If those two issues are resolved I'm sure anyone who chooses to stay here will have a wonderful time as we did.

Over all, I would not recommend this place. I checked-in at 3pm by calling them. They said room is ready at 5pm (their check in time). I came back at 7:45PM and room was not cleaned. I had to make an angry call to get this fixed. They offered partial refund but never issued anything. I followed up and they ignored me. They have a ton of rules that you need to follow. The condo is in a nice location, but plenty of other actual hotels are also in the same area and cost less, offering more, certainly in terms of reliable customer service. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

It was so dirty!! I would not recommend this property to anyone. We got there and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I opened a drawer in the bathroom and it was so nasty. I called my contact person and she told me that they could send someone out the next morning and re-clean.. In the mean time my husband walked on the bathroom floor and it was sticky. He got a paper towel and began wiping the floor, solid black. I again text our contact person as I was uncomfortable sleeping on the sheets. Got up the next morning to make coffee and oh my heavens, there were coffee grounds in the holder thing and it was all molded!!! I lost it, once again text contact person told her we were leaving. She sincerely apologized and gave us a full refund. Never once did she give us a hard time about leaving, she was very kind and considerate.
