We love staying here! It’s always so nice and clean, the pools are fun, the beach is so conveniently close &

room service not available nor could you do carry out for hotel patrons when restaurant too busy. This was a listed amenity that was not available.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Pub food and drinks were great. We had a 10 week out baby with us and it went very smoothly. Booked to return in August!! Only issue was the last night the ac went out. They very quickly sent up the maintenance and he fixed it but it went out again late in the night. Facility was not able to credit me for my inconvenience due to booking through Expedia.

People were friendly and efficient. Called front desk several times and got immediate results.

I was very disappointed that 1 of the 4 rooms I booked had a large roach one the light fixture in the bathroom, I brought this to the front desk attention right after we checked in on Friday and was promised that maintenance will take care of it @shirtly” but when we checked out Sunday, the roach was still there.

Be careful with getting a room with an ocean view or partial ocean view because if you get a room on the 2nd floor you will only have a view of the roof.

The desk staff was extremely friendly and made check-in pleasant and easy.

We enjoyed our stay but were a bit disappointed by what the hotel considered "ocean view" and having a balcony. The balconies - at least ours - are teenie tiny. No way two adults could sit out there and enjoy the view. They don't even provide balcony chairs. Only one elevator was working, and it even sounded iffy, creaking and banging. We were there for 3 days and never noticed anyone working on the broken one. Our room was on the top floor, so we depended on it. The great things: location is excellent, as it's literally right on the beach with easy, free parking and has a really nice full-service outdoor bar area - Molly's. It didn't seem like many people used the indoor restaurant, but the food was very good. The pools - indoor and out - looked well maintained. If you're a Hilton Honors member looking to build or/redeem points, you'll most likely be happy with the hotel.

Folks are very nice, just the building is very dated. Wall paper are peeling, for a $400+ per night, I think Hilton could invest some money for improvements.

Easy check in and room nice and clean and pool was awesome

Everything seemed clean. The A/C unit was terribly loud and knocked while it wasn't running. Sleep was not very good.

Loved the beach access, the room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing

The rooms were clean except the tables had dust on them, the elevator and halls smelled like sweat or mildew and it wasn’t very modernized which surprised me because it’s in a prime location. You’d assume they’d keep up with it a bit more.

Absolutely disgusting. I found roaches in my room and immediately called the front desk to report it. Instead of offering any sort of help or apology, the person I spoke with—Valerie—hung up on me. The lack of professionalism and concern was shocking. Clearly, cleanliness and customer service are not a priority here. I will never be back, and I’d strongly advise others to stay far away.

I love the location and having direct access to the beach.
