There was a whole club under my room and i couldnt sleep

The ceiling height in the room made it feel a bit cold and impersonal, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The lobby is small and can be chaotic with a large number of people trying to check in or out and leave their bags to explore the city. The system to take the bags to bell services seemed to be cumbersome as they needed to load a group of bags into the elevator and take them elsewhere, which in turn took a bit of time when you were leaving to get your items back.

The hotel staff were amazing and verry sweet. They helped my friend’s and I check our luggage before we could check in and held it for us after we checked out since our flight was later in the day. The rooms were really nice and comfy as well.

Ficamos 6 noites no hotel e não tivemos do que reclamar. Cama muito confortável, quarto limpo, banheiro com shampoo, condicionador e hidratante disponível para uso. Trocam as toalhas todos os dias, e lençóis a cada 3 dias. Staff muito amigável, ainda ganhamos cookies na chegada. Não tem resort fee o que é maravilhoso, porém solicitam um depósito de $100/dia. No momento que fizemos o check out já foi estornado. A localização é muito boa e recomendaria para as pessoas sem pensar 2x.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Such a convenient location to all that is nearby and a few subway stations in walking distance. The rooms are small so be mindful of that with luggages.

This property and the whole staff were awesome! They were so kind and courteous to say the least. Their smiles were so warm and they were always kind enough to greet us each time we encountered them. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained that way throughout our stay. We will definitely call this place home again upon our return. Thank you again to the whole staff who took part in creating a beautiful experience! Cheers!

Good stay

Staff was fantastic

The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean, and my room was decorated in a modern, pleasant way. I would imagine in the summer, a stay would be perfect, but the problem for me was that on this cold winter night, I was very cold in my room, and without extra blankets, or any change from attempts at turning up the room thermostat. Also problematic; I couldn’t turn the big TV screen pictures off, so that I could have darkness in order to sleep. I picked up the room phone and tried to call downstairs with the “care line,” to ask about the TV and an extra blanket, but no one answered. I also tried housekeeping for an extra blanket, but no one answered at that time, of about 8:00pm. Being in a light, cold room caused me to have difficulty falling to sleep. These were the reasons for deducted stars. Otherwise, the hotel was in a good location and fairly priced.

Great location, great service, staff were nice and complimentary, hotel rooms are much smaller than appear online elevators are extremely slow restaurant was AMAZING!! Get a bigger room if you like space but this hotel was !!

I wished they had a sewing kit available, but they did not. The heat in my room did not work well. They moved me into another room which was fine. I love how it was clean.
