Hotel upgrades needèd

Worst hotel I have stayed at, gave a smoking room for a family with kids. I was contemplating leaving but was tired and cost was a factor to. Don't choose this place.

This place was awful and should not be advertised until they do some serious cleaning from the time I walked up around the front door there was trash and the trash cans was over flowing. It was a couple out front that looked like they were on drugs. The smoke detector was beeping in the hallway for a battery, kids were up and down the hallways late noisy, room smelled old the toilet was not working well and when I left out this morning it was trash up and down the hallway. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left if I could have gotten a refund. The owner clearly does not care about the property. Thank God the room was clean but the toilet issue and old smell.

Very dirty and poor customer service

Terrible! This property is completely neglected and it is obvious the management does not care. From arrival there is an order in the lobby. The furniture and room are in bad condition. Bathroom door did not close properly. Within 15 minutes of being in the room we witnessed 2 roaches on the curtains and curtain track. Front desk advised us she would do her best because there was a language barrier between her and housekeeping. When we returned that evening we found 4 more roaches both in the bedroom and in the kitchen area. Room was booked specifically for 5 people, which it is meant to accommodate. However, they did not have sheets and covers for the sofa bed. Giving us 2 fitted sheets to use. Only 1 bar of soap, no shampoo and only 2 towels. Unfortunately there is no staff after 10pm and they do not arrive until 10am. The hotel does not provide anything simply, coffee, etc. They seem to cater to long term laborers and zero care for maintenance or cleanliness. Very very disappointed and to have to put my wife and children through that was horrible. I travel often and have been using hotels.com for many years. This was a HUGE HUGE Disappointment!

Thanks for a great stay

Staying in this hotel was the worst experience of our family’s lives. The conditions of the hotel are very poor, dirty, stinks, lack of paint on the walls, stove broken, noisy, not safe, not cutlery included, no breakfast included, the pool with trash and mug that wasn’t able to be used. People fighting in the parking lot and in the hallways to the point that the police has been called. You can hear people walking or running in the upper rooms.

The elevator and public areas are unclean, and breakfast is not included. There is some misleading advertising.

No breakfast, no kitchen supplies, you pay for it. You take out your own trash. It is quiet, but what I paid for, was not worth it.

This stay was not the best. The room, bedding, and towels smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a roach in the room, hair on the towels. Just not what I was hoping for.

What do you want a kitchen without any stuff for? We were not able to even make a coffee. The bath tub was awful.

The place was dirty! As soon as you walk in the room you're hit with the smell of cigarettes! The AC didn't work in the bedroom so I had to leave the door open, which I did not want to do and why I rented a suite in the 1st place. There was hair & who knows what else in the bathtub drain.The bathroom sink didn't drain & would fill up. I would never stay there again!

Completely horrible got locked out twice nobody at the front desk to help you call customer service they can help you called hotels as well to see if anything could be done. Nobody would be able to help me will never book here again and never received the refund.

It's pretty basic here. They didn't have an extra set of sheets for the pull out couch for the suite so we went to the front desk to get more, but they didn't have a blanket. I also wish the blanket was thicker. There weren't enough towels, let alone hand towels, for us either. We weren't there long enough for me to take photos, as I was working an event nearby. There also wasn't enough disabled parking available either. Besides those few things, everything else was fine. We checked out before the front desk opened. The room stayed cold. The toilet was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The hotel clerk was also nice. We had a room right by the front desk and exit. People we did see lingering about were nice also. Definitely decent and cheap enough for a night stay.

Staff was nice and helpful, Booked a double bed with a couch, first thing there was a hole on the door for the room , hole in the bathroom behind the door, the base board for the kitchen area was peeling off. When you take a shower you can smell the sewage coming from the drains, there was no trash bin or trash bags , there was no extra linens had to request for some, there was NO room service until after 14 days of stay. The pool gym, and other amenities are no longer available. Overall you get what you paid for.. apparently the city is turning this hotel into a homeless living. Staff was at least helpful.
